Claims (5)
- 一工程または多工程の結晶化方法を含むN−ビニルピロリドン含有粗製生成物からの純粋なN−ビニルピロリドンの取得方法において、N−ビニルピロリドン含有粗製生成物を得るための蒸留分離工程と、前記N−ビニルピロリドン含有粗製生成物を2つの部分流T1およびT2に分割する工程と、部分流T1からN−ビニルピロリドン含有母液を得る第一の結晶化工程と、部分流T2から純粋なN−ビニルピロリドンを得る蒸留精製工程とを含み、前記第一の結晶化工程で得られた前記N−ビニルピロリドン含有母液を、部分流T2と合わせて蒸留精製する、および/または、前記蒸留分離工程に返送することを特徴とする、純粋なN−ビニルピロリドンの取得方法。
- 結晶化を一工程で実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 結晶化を結晶度が5〜95%の範囲になるまで実施する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 結晶化をN−ビニルピロリドンからの種晶の存在で実施する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 結晶化を動的な結晶化方法により実施する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
