Claims (4)
- 第1ベース部と、前記第1ベース部の周端部の複数箇所を除いた位置で前記第1ベース部から立ち上がる第1壁部と、を含む金属フレームと、
前記第1ベース部の前記第1壁部よりも中央側の領域から前記周端部の前記複数箇所に至るように配置された第2ベース部と、前記複数箇所の上方で前記第2ベース部から立ち上がる第2壁部と、を含む樹脂フレームと、
前記樹脂フレームの前記第2ベース部の上面に支持された液晶表示パネルと、
を有し、
前記液晶表示パネルの周縁は、前記第1壁部の上方に位置し、
前記樹脂フレームの前記第2壁部は、前記液晶表示パネルの前記周縁の外側に位置することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載された液晶表示装置において、
前記樹脂フレームは、前記第2壁部の下では、前記第2ベース部が前記第2壁部よりもくびれるように形成され、
前記金属フレームの前記第1ベース部は、前記複数箇所では、前記第2ベース部から突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載された液晶表示装置において、
前記第1ベース部は、矩形の平面形状を有し、
前記矩形の各辺に沿った側端部に、前記第1壁部が存在しない前記複数箇所の少なくとも1つがあることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載された液晶表示装置において、
前記第2壁部の厚みは、前記第1壁部よりも薄いことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
