Claims (6)
- 可動接点に連結されて電力の供給を受けるヒータと、一端部が前記ヒータと結合され、前記ヒータから離隔して配置されるバイメタルとを含むバイメタル組立体であって、
前記ヒータは、
前記バイメタルと結合される結合部と、
前記バイメタルから所定間隔離隔して位置する離隔部と、
前記結合部と前記離隔部とを連結する連結部とを含み、
前記離隔部には前記バイメタル側に突出する少なくとも1つの突起部が形成されることを特徴とするバイメタル組立体。 - 前記突起部は、前記離隔部の長手方向に沿って複数配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイメタル組立体。
- 前記突起部の端部は、前記バイメタルから離隔していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイメタル組立体。
- 可動接点に連結されて電力の供給を受けるヒータと、一端部が前記ヒータと結合され、前記ヒータから離隔して配置されるバイメタルとを含むバイメタル組立体であって、
前記ヒータは、
前記バイメタルと結合される結合部と、
前記バイメタルから所定間隔離隔して位置する離隔部と、
前記結合部と前記離隔部とを連結する連結部とを含み、
前記バイメタルにおいて前記離隔部に対向する部分には前記離隔部側に突出する少なくとも1つの突起部が形成されることを特徴とするバイメタル組立体。 - 前記突起部は、前記バイメタルの長手方向に沿って複数配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバイメタル組立体。
- 前記突起部の端部は、前記離隔部から離隔していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバイメタル組立体。
