Claims (19)
- a)ロールフランジ加工またはスライドフランジ加工によりフランジ加工縁(1b)の周囲で折り曲げられるフランジ(1c、1d、1e)を備える外側金属板(1)と
b)前記フランジ(1c、1d、1e)と継手(3、6、8)を形成する内側金属板(2)と、
c)前記継手(3、6、8)上にまたは中に生成され、かつ前記金属板(1、2)を互いに固定連結する、溶接またははんだ付けシーム(4、5、7)とを具備しており、
d)前記外側金属板(1)の前記フランジ(1c、1d)がスロットを形成し、前記内側金属板(2)がその中に突出しており、
e)前記フランジ(1d)が、対向して面する前記外側金属板(1)の領域(1a)から離れる方向に傾斜して向き、それにより、前記スロットが、前記フランジ加工縁(1b)を含むフランジ加工基部の方向にじょうごの形状で狭くなっていることを特徴とする、金属板複合材。 - 前記継手(3、8)が重ね継手であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属板複合材。
- 前記溶接またははんだ付けシームがすみ肉シーム(4)またはIシーム(5)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金属板複合材。
- 車両の構成要素としてまたは車両に取り付けるために提供され、前記外側金属板(1)が、好ましくは前記車両の外殻の領域を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属板複合材。
- 車両用または車両の可動または不動の取付部品の構成要素、好ましくはドア、サンルーフ、ハッチバック、トランクの蓋またはボンネット、あるいは付属の泥除け、または車両の本体の構成要素、好ましくは屋根、側面部品(特にホイールアーチ)または屋根と側面部品との間の連結であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の金属板複合材。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の金属板複合材を製造するための金属板を接合する方法であって、
a)前記外側金属板(1)および前記内側金属板(2)が接合位置で互いに対して固定され、
b)前記フランジ(1c、1d、1e)が、前記外側金属板(1)のフランジ加工縁(1b)の周囲で、前記接合位置でまたは前もって別の位置で、前記フランジ加工縁(1b)の長手方向に移動するフランジ加工部材(13、13’)によって折り曲げられ、
c)前記内側金属板(2)および前記フランジ(1c、1d、1e)が、前記接合位置で前記継手(3、6、8)を形成し、
d)前記金属板(1、2)が、溶接またははんだ付けシーム(4、5、7)を生成することにより前記継手(3、6、8)上または内で互いに連結される、方法。 - 前記フランジ(1c、1d、1e)が、ロールフランジ加工によって折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記フランジ(1c、1d)が、前記フランジ加工縁(1b)を介して隣接する前記外側金属板(1)の領域(1a)とスロットを形成するために十分折り曲げられ、前記内側金属板(2)が前記スロット内に突出して前記フランジ(1c、1d)とオーバラップすることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記金属板(1、2)が前記接合位置にある時、前記フランジ(1c、1d)が前記内側金属板(2)までかつそれに接して折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接またははんだ付けシーム(4、5、7)が、前記フランジ(1c、1d、1e)が折り曲げられている間に、前記フランジ加工縁(1b)の長手方向(X)に前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)に続く溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)によって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)および前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)が、前記フランジ加工縁(1b)の前記長手方向(X)で共移動し、前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)が(前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)の押圧手段として機能して)、前記溶接またははんだ付けシーム(4、5、7)を生成するために前記内側金属板(2)に対して前記フランジ(1c、1d、1c)を押圧することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記フランジ加工工程および前記溶接またははんだ付け工程が、前記金属板(1、2)を再チャックなしに、同じチャッキング装置において前記接合位置で行われることを特徴とする、請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の金属板複合材を製造するための、構成部品(1、2)をフランジ加工し溶接またははんだ付けする装置であって、
a)ツールヘッド(10)と、
b)前記ツールヘッド(10)に配置され、ロールフランジ加工またはスライドフランジ加工するフランジ加工部材(13、13’)と、
c)前記ツールヘッド(10)に配置された溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)と
を具備し、
d)前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)と前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)とが、前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)が、前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)を用いて行うことができる溶接またははんだ付け工程のための押圧手段を形成するように配置された、装置。 - 前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)と前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)とが、前記ツールヘッド(10)に、前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)によって前記構成部品(1、2)のうちの一方に加えることができる押圧力と、加熱する役割を果たす前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)のエネルギービーム(16)とが、製作される複合材に付加されるように、互いにわずかな間隔(d)で隣接して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記溶接またははんだ付け工具(15)が、前記ツールヘッド(10)のデカルト座標系(R、X、Z)において枢動軸(X)を中心に前後に、好ましくは各場合に復元ばね力に抗して中間位置から前後に枢動することができることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザまたははんだ付け工具(15)が、前記ツールヘッド(10)に、前記ツールヘッド(10)に関して固定される並進軸に沿って前後に、好ましくは各場合に復元ばね力に抗して中間位置から前後に移動することができるように配置され、前記並進軸が、少なくとも、前記構成部品(1、2)の折り曲げられたフランジ(1c)に対して垂直な方向成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- センサ(17)が前記ツールヘッド(10)に配置され、それにより、生成されるべき溶接またははんだ付けシーム(4、5、7)に対する継手の前進が、前記フランジ加工部材(10)を用いて成形されるべき前記フランジ加工縁(1b)の長手方向(X)における前記ツールヘッド(10)の移動中、好ましくは触感により、スキャンされることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)が、フランジ加工中に前記構成部品(1、2)のうちの一方に対して押圧する走行面を有するフランジ加工ローラであり、円柱であるか、または一方向において直径が軸方向に一様に低減することを特徴とする、請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)用の清浄手段が前記ツールヘッド(10)に配置され、それを用いて、前記フランジ加工部材(13、13’)がフランジ加工中に清浄にされることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項13〜18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
