Description
Claims (20)
- 複数の試薬容器を保持するための基部であって、前記基部は、底部、裏壁、及び前記裏壁の一部に沿って前記基部の前記底部から延在する垂直スロットを含む、基部と、
カバーであって、前記カバーは水平スロット及び前記カバーに接合された複数の中空チューブを含んでおり、前記チューブは第1端及び第2端を含んでおり、前記第1端及び前記第2端の各々は開口部を有している、カバーと、
複数の穴、自由端及び固定端を含む蓋であって、前記蓋は第1位置及び第2位置から前記水平スロット内で滑動可能に移動可能であり、前記第1位置では前記第1中空チューブ端は前記蓋によって覆われており、前記第2位置では前記第1中空チューブ端は前記蓋によって覆われない、蓋と、
細長いタブであって、その一方端は前記蓋の前記固定端に接合されており、前記細長いタブの他方端は前記基部の前記垂直スロット内で滑動可能であり、前記細長いタブは、内側面及び前記基部の裏壁に向かって前記内側面から水平に延在する水平タブを含む、細長いタブとを含み、
前記細長いタブは、第1弛緩位置から第2付勢位置への移行が可能であり、前記細長いタブの前記付勢位置では、前記蓋は前記第1位置から前記第2位置へ移行する、試薬容器パック。 - 複数の試薬容器をさらに含む請求項1に記載の試薬容器パックであって、各試薬容器は開口部を含む上面を有しており、
前記カバーは、前記複数の試薬容器の前記上面より上の上昇位置と、前記カバーが前記上昇位置のときより前記複数の試薬容器の前記上面に近い下方位置との間で並進可能であり、
前記細長いタブの前記他方端は、前記カバーが前記上昇位置から前記下方位置に移行されたときに前記垂直スロット内で上方位置から下方位置へと移動することが可能である、試薬容器パック。 - 前記基部の前記裏壁の一部に沿って前記基部の前記底部から延在する垂直スロットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記細長いタブの前記他方端は、前記垂直スロット内の配置で前記基部の前記裏壁に固定され、かつ前記垂直スロット内で滑動可能に移動可能である、請求項3に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記カバーは前記基部に対して垂直に並進可能であり、前記カバーの垂直並進は、前記カバーが上昇位置から下方位置まで垂直に並進されたときに前記細長いタブの前記他方端を前記垂直スロット内で上方位置から下方位置に移動させる、請求項4に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記カバーの側面のスナップロック機構を押し下げることは、前記カバーを前記上昇位置と前記下方位置との間で並進させる、請求項5に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記複数の試薬容器は取外し可能な試薬容器である、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 各試薬容器は、前記試薬容器の前記開口部を密閉するシールを含む、請求項7に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 中空穴開けチューブをさらに含む請求項6に記載の試薬容器パックであって、前記カバーを前記上昇位置から前記下方位置に並進することは、前記中空穴開けチューブによって前記試薬容器の前記開口部を密閉するシールに穴を開けさせる、請求項6に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記カバー内の各開口部は、第1端及び第2端を含む中空穴開けチューブを含んでおり、前記第1端及び前記第2端の各々は開口部を有している、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記中空穴開けチューブは穴開け先端を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記基部は楔形である、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記基部は前壁及び2つの側壁をさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記細長いタブは蝶番によって前記蓋に接合されている、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記細長いタブ、前記蝶番及び前記蓋は1つの一体的に成形された部分を含む、請求項14に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記蓋は、付勢力が前記細長いタブに加えられたときに前記水平スロット内で前記第1位置から前記第2位置に滑動可能に移動する、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記蓋は、付勢力が前記細長いタブから解放されたときに前記水平スロット内で前記第2位置から前記第1位置に滑動可能に移動する、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記細長いタブは、前記基部の前記裏側に付勢されることができる水平タブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 前記カバーは、複数の穴を含む頂部及び底部を有しており、前記蓋は前記頂部と前記底部との間に位置決めされている、請求項1に記載の試薬容器パック。
- 請求項1に記載の前記試薬容器パックから試薬を得る方法であって、前記方法は、
前記カバーを前記基部に対して垂直に並進させ、かつ前記基部内に含まれる試薬容器上のシールに穴を開けることと、
付勢力を前記細長いタブに加えて前記蓋を前記第1弛緩位置から前記第2付勢位置に移行させることであって、前記第2付勢位置では前記蓋は開いている、ことと、
前記蓋内の前記開口部を介してピペットを試薬容器に挿入することと、
試薬を前記ピペット内に吸引することと、
前記ピペットを前記試薬容器から取り外すことと、
前記細長いタブに対する前記付勢力を解放することと
を含む、方法。
