Description
Claims (13)
- 自動化検査室システム(200)で使用される容器キャリア(100、100’)であって、
前記容器キャリア(100、100’)が、上側部(20、20’)、底側部(30、30’)、および上側部(20、20’)と底側部(30、30’)との間の中間本体部(40、40’)を備え、
前記上側部(20、20’)が、それぞれの数の容器(10)を導入するための1つまたは複数の開口部(21、21’)を備え、
前記中間本体部(40、40’)が、それぞれの数の容器(10)を保持するための壁(42、42’)を備える1つまたは複数の容器保持位置(41、41’)を備え、前記壁(42、42’)が、前記上側部(20、20’)の前記1つまたは複数の開口部(21、21’)にそれぞれ対応して前記中間本体部(40、40’)内に延び、
前記容器キャリア(100、100’)が、コア構成要素(50、50’)およびカバー構成要素(70、70’)を含む2構成要素構造を備え、
前記コア構成要素(50、50’)が、ポリプロピレンおよび炭素繊維の混合物を少なくとも70%の配合量で備える導電性ポリマー材料により作製され、前記コア構成要素(50、50’)が、前記底側部(30、30’)の少なくとも一部と、前記1つまたは複数の容器保持位置(41、41’)の前記壁(42、42’)とを備え、
前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、前記コア構成要素(50、50’)の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、前記コア構成要素(50、50’)の材料に対して異なる材料または異なる特性を有する材料により作製され、前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、識別および/または取り扱いのためにカスタマイズ可能であることを特徴とする容器キャリア(100、100’)。 - 前記コア構成要素(50、50’)が、第1の要素として形成され、前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、前記第1の要素と形状適合するように、前記第1の要素から分離可能であるように、および置換可能または交換可能であるように設計される別個の第2の要素として形成される、請求項1記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 前記コア構成要素(50、50’)が、第1の要素として形成され、前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、前記第1の要素の上部に射出成形されて、前記第1の要素とともに分離不可能な2構成要素構造を形成する、請求項1記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 前記導電性ポリマー材料が、4000オーム未満または2000オーム未満の表面電気抵抗を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、非導電性ポリマーにより作製される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 前記カバー構成要素(70、70’)が、キャリア識別ラベルまたはマーキング(62、62’)、容器位置ラベルまたはマーキング(64)、およびキャリアタイプラベルまたはマーキング(61、63)のいずれか1つまたは複数を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 前記マーキング(61、62、63、64)が、レーザーマーキングである、請求項6記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 前記底側部(30)が、前記容器キャリア(100)を移動させるための自動化検査室システムの搬送要素と係合する係合要素(31)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリア(100)。
- 前記コア構成要素(50、50’)が、前記容器キャリア(100、100’)の磁気搬送を可能にするために、磁性または常磁性である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリア(100、100’)。
- 生物学的試料を分析するための分析器(110)と、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリア(100)とを備える自動化検査室システム(200)であって、
前記容器キャリア(100)が、前記コア構成要素(50)の前記容器保持位置(41)の前記壁(42)と接触する1つまたは複数の容器(10)を担持し、前記容器が、分析される生物学的試料、または前記生物学的試料とともに使用される試薬、または生物学的試料および試薬の混合物などの試験流体(11)を収容する、
自動化検査室システム(200)。 - 電気容量を有する少なくとも1つの吸引プローブ(120)と、
前記容器(10)内の前記試験流体(11)に対して前記吸引プローブ(120)を移動させるように構成される位置決め機構(130)と、
前記吸引プローブ(120)を充電するための電圧源(140)と、
前記容器キャリア(100)の前記底側部(30)と接触する電気ドレイン(150)であって、前記試験流体(11)、前記試験流体(11)を収容する前記容器(10)、および前記容器キャリアの前記コア構成要素(50)を通して前記吸引プローブ(120)から前記電気ドレイン(150)に流れる放電電流を生成することによって、前記吸引プローブ(120)が前記試験流体(11)に接触したときに前記吸引プローブ(120)を放電するための電気ドレイン(150)と、
前記吸引プローブ(120)に接続され、前記放電電流を測定するように構成される電気回路と、
前記吸引プローブ(120)を前記試験流体(11)内に移動させ、測定された電流に基づいて前記容器(10)内の前記試験流体(11)のレベルを判定するように構成される制御装置(180)と
をさらに備える請求項10記載の自動化検査室システム(200)。 - 前記容器キャリア(100)の前記カバー構成要素(70)上の識別ラベルまたはマーキング(62)を読み取るための読取装置(160)をさらに備える請求項10または11記載の自動化検査室システム(200)。
- 前記容器キャリア(100)を移動させるための搬送システム(170)をさらに備える請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の自動化検査室システム(200)。
