Claims (10)
- 駆動シャフトおよび従動シャフトである2個の回転シャフトの結合装置であって、駆動シャフトの一端が、直線スプラインを有しかつ従動シャフトの雌部に係合され、該雌部が、駆動シャフトの直線スプラインを補足する直線スプラインを有し、従動シャフトのスプライン領域が、少なくとも一つの円筒部分を有し、該円筒部分が、より大きな捩れ可撓性を有しかつスプライン領域の長手方向の一端付近に配置され、さらに、該円筒部分が、その捩れ可撓性を較正するように決定された配置および寸法の、環状の1列または2列の径方向の穿孔を有する、装置。
- 従動シャフトのスプライン領域が、より大きな捩れ可撓性を有する少なくとも2個の円筒部分を含み、該2個の円筒部分が、互いに隔てられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 従動シャフトの一つまたは各円筒部分が、スプラインを備えない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 駆動シャフトは、従動シャフトのより大きな捩れ可撓性を有する円筒部分に対応する一つまたは複数の円筒部分に、スプラインを備えない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- より大きな捩れ可撓性を有する一つまたは各円筒部分において、従動シャフトのスプラインおよび/または駆動シャフトのスプラインが、トルク伝達時に互いに全く接触しないように加工される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 従動シャフトの捩れ可撓性が、厚さおよび/または半径の低減により、前記一つまたは各円筒部分で増加される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- より大きな捩れ可撓性を有する一つまたは各円筒部分の長さが、スプラインを含む従動シャフト部分の全長の約15%〜30%である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- コンプレッサを備える航空機のターボファンまたはターボプロップなどのターボ機械であって、コンプレッサのシャフトが、タービンシャフトにより回転駆動され、コンプレッサのシャフトとタービンシャフトとが、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置によって結合される、ターボ機械。
- 従動シャフトおよび駆動シャフトのより大きな可撓性を有する円筒部分が、従動シャフトおよび駆動シャフトのスプライン領域の下流側端付近にある、請求項8に記載のターボ機械。
- 従動シャフトおよび駆動シャフトのより大きな可撓性を有する円筒部分が、従動シャフトおよび駆動シャフトのスプライン領域の上流側端付近にある、請求項8または9に記載のターボ機械。
