- コア・ガスタービンエンジン(13)と;
前記コア・ガスタービンエンジンから上流に位置するように前記コア・ガスタービンエンジンに結合されるファン組立体(12)と;
前記コア・ガスタービンエンジンに結合される低圧タービン(20)であって、前記コア・ガスタービンエンジンから下流に配置され、フランジ(107)と前記フランジ内に形成される複数個のスプライン(108)とを含むロータディスクを含む低圧タービン(20)と、
前記ファン組立体に結合される第1の端部(120)と、複数個のスプライン(110)を含む第2の端部(122)とを含む軸(31)であって、前記軸スプラインは、前記フランジスプラインと噛み合って、トルクが軸を介して前記低圧タービンから前記ファン組立体に伝達されるように構成される軸(31)と、
を備え、
前記第1の軸端部(120)は、第1の外径(132)を有し、前記第2の軸端部(122)は、前記第1の外径より小さい第2の外径(134)を有し、
前記軸スプライン(110)は、複数個のおす型スプラインからなり、前記フランジスプライン(108)は、前記おす型スプラインと噛み合うように構成される複数個のめす型スプラインからなり、
前記軸(31)は、高圧タービン(18)よりも軸方向上流であって前記第1の軸端部(120)を含む第1の部分(100)と、前記高圧タービン(18)から軸方向下流に延び、前記第1の部分の外径より小さい外径を有する第2の部分(102)とからなり、
前記第1の部分(100)は、第1の長さ(140)を有し、前記第2の部分は、前記第1の長さより小さい第2の長さを有し、
前記ファン組立体(12)と前記高圧タービン(18)とは、前記第1の長さ(140)と略等しい距離だけ分離される、
前記コア・ガスタービンエンジン(13)は、自身を貫通して延在するボア穴を有する高圧タービンディスクを含む高圧タービン(18)を備え、前記ボア穴は、前記第1の部分の外径より小さい内径(130)を有し、かつ前記ボア穴と前記第2の端部との間の前記軸(31)の最大外径のよりも大きな内径を有する、
ガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。 - 前記第1の部分(100)と前記第2の部分とは、単体として形成される請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記軸(31)は、
