Claims (4)
- クラウニングが施された第1歯面と、前記クラウニングが施されていない第2歯面とを備える複数の歯が、外周面に等間隔で複数形成された軸部と、
前記軸部の前記複数の歯が、嵌合される複数の溝が、内周面に形成された筒部と、
が接続されてなるスプライン接続構造であって、
前記第1歯面は、歯幅方向におけるその中央部が膨らむように湾曲しており、
隣り合って対向する前記第1歯面及び前記第2歯面が、前記軸部の径方向から見て、前記歯幅方向にて常に同一距離を保って湾曲されており、
前記第1歯面は、曲率半径が異なる2つの曲線を1つずつ備え、前記軸部の径方向から見て、前記2つの曲線が連続的に接続されてなる形状に湾曲されていることを特徴とするスプライン接続構造。 - 前記2つの曲線は、
前記歯幅方向にて、前記歯に作用するトルクの小さい側に配置され、第1曲率半径を備える第1曲線と、
前記歯幅方向にて、前記歯に作用するトルクの大きい側に配置され、前記第1曲率半径よりも小さい第2曲率半径を備える第2曲線と、
であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスプライン接続構造。 - 前記第1曲線の曲率中心の位置及び前記第2曲線の曲率中心の位置は、前記歯幅方向にて前記歯に作用するトルクの小さい側に設定されており、前記歯幅方向にて同位置に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のスプライン接続構造。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスプライン接続構造を用いたスプラインシャフト。
