- 弦楽器に装着するように構成された変換器アセンブリであって、前記弦楽器が、複数の磁気的に透過の弦を有し、該複数の弦が、互いにほぼ平行に延び、第1の弦軸を定める第1の磁気的に透過の弦と、第2の弦軸を定める第2の磁気的に透過の弦とを含み、前記第1弦軸と前記第2弦軸とは弦平面を定め、第1の弦平面が、前記弦平面に対し垂直でありかつ前記第1弦軸を含み、前記変換器アセンブリが、
第1の変換器であって、
第1の細長ポールピースであって、該第1の細長ポールピースが、前記変換器アセンブリが前記弦楽器に装着されたときに前記弦平面に平行な第1の長方形の横断面を有し、かつ磁気極性を有し、第1の変換器軸が前記第1の長方形の横断面の細長い辺に平行に定められ、該第1の細長ポールピースが、前記第1の変換器が前記弦楽器に装着されたときに、前記第1の磁気的に透過の弦と前記弦楽器の表面との間に配置される、第1の細長ポールピースと、

第4の細長ポールピースであって、該第4の細長ポールピースが、前記変換器アセンブリが前記弦楽器に装着されたときに前記弦平面に平行な第4の長方形の横断面を有し、かつ磁気極性を有し、第4の変換器軸が前記第4の長方形の横断面の細長い辺に平行に定められ、該第4の細長ポールピースが、前記第2の変換器が前記弦楽器に装着されたときに、前記第2の磁気的に透過の弦と前記弦楽器の前記表面との間に配置される、第4の細長ポールピースと、
を含む、第2の変換器と、
を含み、
前記第2の変換器が、前記第1の変換器に隣接して装着され、
前記第1の変換器軸と、前記第2の変換器軸と、前記第3の変換器軸と、前記第4の変換器軸とが、互いに平行であり、
第1の変換器平面が、前記弦平面に垂直であり前記第1の変換器軸を含み、さらに、前記第1変換器平面が、前記変換器アセンブリが前記弦楽器に装着されたときに、ほぼ28度よりも大きくかつほぼ58度よりも小さい配向角度で前記第1の弦平面と交差する、変換器アセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の変換器アセンブリにおいて、前記第1の変換器は、さらに、前記第1の細長ポールピースと前記第2の細長ポールピースとに隣接して配置された永久磁石を含む、変換器アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載の変換器アセンブリにおいて、前記第1変換器は、さらに、
前記第1の細長ポールピースに巻回された第1のコイルと、
前記第2の細長ポールピースに巻回された第2のコイルと、
を含む、変換器アセンブリ。 - 請求項3記載の変換器アセンブリにおいて、前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルとは、直列に接続された、変換器アセンブリ。
- 請求項4記載の変換器アセンブリにおいて、前記第1の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性は、前記第2の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性とは反対である、変換器アセンブリ。
- 請求項5記載の変換器アセンブリにおいて、前記第2の長方形の横断面は、前記第1の長方形の横断面と前記第3の長方形の横断面との間にあり、前記第4の長方形の横断面は、前記第2の長方形の横断面と前記第3の長方形の横断面との間にはなく、さらに、前記第1の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性は、前記第3の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性と同じである、変換器アセンブリ。
- 請求項4記載の変換器アセンブリにおいて、前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルとは、反対に巻回された、変換器アセンブリ。
- 弦楽器であって、
本体と、
該本体の表面上において互いにほぼ平行に延びた複数の磁気的に透過の弦であって、
前記本体上の第1弦装着点と前記本体上の第2弦装着点と間に装着された第1の磁気的に透過の弦であって、該第1の磁気的に透過の弦が第1の弦軸を有する、第1の磁気的に透過の弦と、
前記本体上の第3弦装着点と前記本体上の第4弦装着点と間に装着された第2の磁気的に透過の弦であって、該第2の磁気的に透過の弦が第2の弦軸を有する、第2の磁気的に透過の弦と、
を含み、前記第1弦軸と前記第2弦軸とが弦平面を定め、さらに、第1の弦平面が、前記弦平面に対し垂直でありかつ前記第1弦軸を含む、複数の磁気的に透過の弦と、

第2の細長ポールピースであって、該第2の細長ポールピースが、前記弦平面に平行な第2の長方形の横断面を有し、かつ磁気極性を有し、第2の変換器軸が前記第2の長方形の横断面の細長い辺に平行に定められ、前記第2の細長ポールピースが、前記第1の磁気的に透過の弦と前記本体の前記表面との間に配置される、第2の細長ポールピースと、
前記第1の細長ポールピースに巻回された第1のコイルと、

第2の変換器であって、

前記第2の変換器が、前記第1の変換器に隣接して装着され、

第1の変換器平面が、前記弦平面に垂直であり前記第1の変換器軸を含み、さらに、前記第1変換器平面が、ほぼ28度よりも大きくかつほぼ58度よりも小さい配向角度で前記第1の弦平面と交差する、弦楽器。 - 請求項8記載の弦楽器において、前記第1の変換器は、さらに、前記第1の細長ポールピースと前記第2の細長ポールピースとに隣接して配置された永久磁石を含む、弦楽器。
- 請求項8記載の弦楽器において、前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルとは、直列に接続された、弦楽器。
- 請求項10記載の弦楽器において、前記第1の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性は、前記第2の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性とは反対である、弦楽器。
- 請求項11記載の弦楽器において、前記第2の長方形の横断面は、前記第1の長方形の横断面と前記第3の長方形の横断面との間にあり、前記第4の長方形の横断面は、前記第2の長方形の横断面と前記第3の長方形の横断面との間にはなく、さらに、前記第1の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性は、前記第3の細長ポールピースの前記磁気極性と同じである、弦楽器。
- 請求項10記載の弦楽器において、前記第3のコイルと前記第4のコイルとは、直列に接続され、前記第1の変換器は前記第2の変換器と並列に接続された、弦楽器。
- 請求項13記載の弦楽器において、前記第1の変換器の第1の電気信号は、第1の増幅器に出力され、前記第2の変換器の第2の電気信号は、前記第1の増幅器とは異なった第2の増幅器に出力される、弦楽器。
- 請求項8記載の弦楽器において、前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルとは、反対に巻回された、弦楽器。
- 請求項8記載の弦楽器において、前記配向角度は、前記弦楽器の演奏中の前記変換器アセンブリの少なくとも1つの計測可能な性能パラメータを最適化するように選択された、弦楽器。
- 請求項16記載の弦楽器において、前記計測可能な性能パラメータは、チャンネル間分離、周波数応答、動的応答、及びこれらの組み合わせを含むグループから選択された、弦楽器。
