Description
オートバイのトリムを制御するシステムの他の従来技術としては、以下のものが知られている。
EP−1362779−A2には、オートバイの1対または双方の対の車輪に関して、当該対の車輪またはレバーのシステムとオートバイのシャシー上の固定点との間に1つ以上のダンパーを介在させることが、開示されている。
DE−9414724−U1には、2つの油圧シリンダーの両端部をパイプを介して互いに接続させることが、開示されている。シリンダー内のピストンにより、各シリンダーの隔室は互いに連通しない2つの部分に区画される。従って、2つの上側隔室部分間での油の移動の方向は、2つの下側の隔室部分間での油の移動の方向と逆である。
WO−97/27071−A1およびWO−0244008−A2には、2つの油圧シリンダーの上端部をパイプを介して互いに接続させることが、開示されている。ここでは、パイプにアキュムレーターが接続されていてもよいし接続されていなくてもよい。各シリンダーのピストンより下の隔室部分は、空隙であり、オートバイのトリム制御に際しては変化自由である。
公知のシステムには、なにがしかの欠陥がある。例えば、オートバイの傾斜がタイヤのグリップ力の限界に達しつつある時、上記のシステムは、更に傾斜角度が増加したり転倒したりするのを阻止する助けにはならない。
Claims (3)
- 1対の前輪と1対の後輪、または1つの前輪と1対の後輪、または1対の前輪と1つの後輪を有する三輪または四輪のオートバイのトリムを制御するシステムであって、
前記トリムを制御するシステムは、少なくとも1対の車輪同士を油圧的に結合する油圧システムを有し、
前記油圧システムは、パイプ(23)を介して一端部において接続されている2つの油圧シリンダー(21,22)を含んでおり、前記油圧シリンダー内において各ピストン(25,26)が各連結ロッド(27,28)によりスライドせしめられ、前記ピストンは前記油圧シリンダーの各隔室を互いに連通しない2つの隔室部分に区画しており、
前記油圧シリンダーおよび前記連結ロッドは、接続部(21’,22’,27’,28’)により、それぞれ前記オートバイのシャシーおよび前記1対の車輪の各ハブ(2,3)または各揺動アーム(9,10)に接続されており、
前記パイプ(23)と連通する前記油圧シリンダーの第1の隔室部分には前記パイプを介して流通可能な液体が存在しており、
前記油圧シリンダーの閉じた第2の隔室部分には圧縮気体が存在しており、
前記トリムの制御は、前記油圧シリンダーの閉じた第2の隔室部分に存在する圧縮気体の圧力が増大することによりリーン角度の増加に対する抵抗が生ずるようにしてなされ、
前記トリム制御システムは、更に、第1のアキュムレーター(29’)を含み、該第1のアキュムレーターの一端部は油圧的に前記パイプ(23)と接続されており、前記第1のアキュムレーター(29’)内には浮動ピストン(33)が配置されており、該浮動ピストンは油圧回路の他の部分から隔離され圧縮気体が存在する隔室を形成していることを特徴とするトリム制御システム。 - 前記油圧シリンダーは前記1対の車輪のハブ(2,3)と前記シャシー上の固定点(5’)との間を結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトリム制御システム。
- 前記油圧シリンダーは前記1対の車輪の揺動アーム(9,10)の各点(9’)と前記シャシー上の固定点(5’)との間を結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトリム制御システム。
