Description
Claims (11)
- 2個より多い車輪を有する車両のハイドロニューマチックチルトシステムであって、前記車両は、前記ハイドロニューマチックチルトシステムによって傾く少なくとも2つの車輪を有し、前記システムは、少なくとも1つの第1油圧シリンダ(10)および第2油圧シリンダ(20)を備え、前記第1油圧シリンダ(10)および第2油圧シリンダ(20)は、前記車両のそれぞれの傾斜車輪とそれぞれ関連し、前記第1油圧シリンダ(10)および第2油圧シリンダ(20)は、オイルを含む第1上部チャンバ(10a)および第2上部チャンバ(20a)と、加圧ガスを含む第1下部チャンバ(10b)および第2下部チャンバ(20b)と、をそれぞれ含み、前記システムは、それが第2接続手段(40)を有し、前記第2接続手段(40)は、前記第1下部チャンバ(10b)および第2下部チャンバ(20b)を、前記第1油圧シリンダ(10)および第2油圧シリンダ(20)と流体連通状態にし、前記ガスが、一方のシリンダから他方に流れることができるようになっていることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記第2接続手段(40)は、さらに遮断手段(50)を備え、前記遮断手段(50)は、前記第2接続手段(40)によって一方のシリンダから他方に通過するガス流を調節するように適合されていることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記第2接続手段(40)は管を備えることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記遮断手段(50)は、機械的または電気的に作動するバルブを備えることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記遮断手段は、プロポーショニングバルブ(50)を備えることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項2に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記遮断手段は、開閉バルブ(50)を備えることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項4,5または6に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記バルブ(50)は、手動作動システムによって運転者によって制御されることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項4,5または6に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記バルブ(50)は、電子制御ユニットによって自動的に制御されることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のチルトシステムであって、前記電子制御ユニットは、車両トリム制御システムをさらに備え、前記車両トリム制御システムは、開位置から閉位置への前記バルブ(50)の切り替えを制御することを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項9に記載のチルトシステムであって、それは、傾斜センサを備え、前記傾斜センサは、遮断バルブ(50)を閉じるためのイネーブル信号を前記制御ユニットに送るように適合されていることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
- 請求項9に記載のチルトシステムであって、それは、センサを備え、前記センサは、前記第1油圧シリンダ(10)および第2油圧シリンダ(20)とそれぞれ関連する第1ピストン(100)および第2ピストン(200)のロッドの延在を検出するように適合され、および遮断バルブ(50)を閉じるためのイネーブル信号を前記制御ユニットに送るように適合されていることを特徴とする、チルトシステム。
