Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6.5JJのホイールに組み付けて空気圧を230kPaとして排気量2000ccの試験車両(前輪駆動車)に装着し、ウエット路面からなるテストコースにおいて、速度100km/hでの走行状態からブレーキを掛けて車両が停止するまでの制動距離を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例1を100とする指数値にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど制動距離が短くウエット路面での制動性能が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6.5JJのホイールに組み付けて空気圧を230kPaとして排気量2000ccの試験車両(前輪駆動車)に装着し、ドライ路面からなるテストコースにおいて、テストドライバーによるフィーリング評価を行った。評価結果は、従来例1を100とする指数値にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど操縦安定性が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6.5JJのホイールに組み付けて空気圧を230kPaとして排気量2000ccの試験車両(前輪駆動車)に装着し、舗装路を5万km走行した後、リブ及びブロック列における摩耗量を測定し、その摩耗量差を求めた。評価結果は、摩耗量差の逆数を用い、従来例1を100とする指数値にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど耐偏摩耗性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (9)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記トレッド部に溝幅が3.0mm以上であってタイヤ周方向に蛇行しながら延長する複数本の周方向溝と溝幅が3.0mm以上であってタイヤ幅方向に隣り合う一対の周方向溝間を連通する複数本の横溝とを設け、これら周方向溝及び横溝により5つ以上の角部を持つ多角形の形状を有する複数の多角形ブロックをタイヤ周方向に沿って千鳥状に配列してなる2列の多角形ブロック列を区画すると共に、該2列の多角形ブロック列の相互間にタイヤ周方向に延在する多角形リブを配置し、該多角形リブを前記2列の多角形ブロック列に隣接させ、前記多角形ブロックの形状を六角形とし、前記多角形ブロック列と前記多角形リブとを互いに相似形としたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多角形ブロック列のタイヤ幅方向外側の位置に他の多角形リブを配置し、前記多角形ブロック列の各々を一対の多角形リブにて挟み込むようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多角形ブロック単体の面積を2cm2 〜50cm2 としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多角形ブロックにサイプ又は浅溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記サイプ又は前記浅溝の延長方向を前記多角形ブロックのいずれかの辺と平行にしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記サイプ又は前記浅溝の延長方向をタイヤ周方向に隣り合う一対の多角形ブロックにおいて互いに異ならせたことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多角形リブにサイプ又は浅溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多角形リブにディンプル又は凹部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記2列の多角形ブロック列を互いに相似形としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
