Description
(1)晶析反応において、添加するカルシウム剤の添加量を制御し、カルシウムの添加量をフッ素の化学当量以下に制御する。
あるいは、
(2)晶析処理水のpHを高アルカリ(pH12〜13)にする。
ことにより、スケールの発生を防止することができる。(1)と(2)の方法を組み合わせてもよい。
Claims (6)
- フッ素およびアンモニアを含む原水からフッ素およびアンモニアを回収する回収装置であって、
前記原水にカルシウム剤を添加してフッ化カルシウムの結晶を生成させるための晶析反応槽と、
前記カルシウム剤を前記原水に添加するカルシウム剤添加手段と、
前記晶析反応槽においてフッ素が除去された晶析処理水に含まれるアンモニアを濃縮するアンモニア濃縮手段と、
前記カルシウム剤添加手段によるカルシウム剤の添加量を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記原水に含まれるフッ素濃度の化学当量以下のカルシウム剤を添加することを特徴とするフッ素およびアンモニアの回収装置。 - 請求項1に記載のフッ素およびアンモニアの回収装置であって、
前記晶析処理水にpH調整剤を添加する晶析処理水pH調整剤添加手段を備え、前記晶析処理水のpHを12〜13の範囲に調整することを特徴とするフッ素およびアンモニアの回収装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のフッ素およびアンモニアの回収装置であって、
前記アンモニア濃縮手段の前段に、前記晶析処理水からアンモニアを蒸発濃縮するアンモニア蒸発濃縮手段を備えることを特徴とするフッ素およびアンモニアの回収装置。 - フッ素およびアンモニアを含む原水からフッ素およびアンモニアを回収する回収方法であって、
前記原水にカルシウム剤を添加してフッ化カルシウムの結晶を生成させてフッ素を除去する晶析反応工程と、
前記晶析反応工程においてフッ素が除去された晶析処理水に含まれるアンモニアを濃縮するアンモニア濃縮工程と、
を含み、
前記晶析反応工程において、前記原水に含まれるフッ素濃度の化学当量以下のカルシウム剤を添加することを特徴とするフッ素およびアンモニアの回収方法。 - 請求項4に記載のフッ素およびアンモニアの回収方法であって、
前記晶析処理水のpHを12〜13の範囲に調整する晶析処理水pH調整工程を含むことを特徴とするフッ素およびアンモニアの回収方法。 - 請求項4または5に記載のフッ素およびアンモニアの回収方法であって、
前記アンモニア濃縮工程の前段に、前記晶析処理水からアンモニアを蒸発濃縮するアンモニア蒸発濃縮工程を含むことを特徴とするフッ素およびアンモニアの回収方法。
