Description
陽極体弁作用金属としてタンタル(Ta)を選択した。導電性高分子分散液としては、市販されているポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)/ポリスチレンスルホン酸の分散液を用いた。
非イオン界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコールモノステアラートを選択し、0.4重量%溶解させた以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを製造した。
非イオン界面活性剤としてソルビタンモノステアラートを選択した以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを製造した。
非イオン界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコールモノドデシルエーテルを選択した以外は実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを製造した。
非イオン界面活性剤を添加しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを製造した。

Claims (4)
- 陽極体弁作用金属に酸化皮膜を形成し、前記酸化皮膜上に導電性高分子層、グラファイト層、銀層を順に形成して陰極とする固体電解コンデンサであって、前記導電性高分子層中に、ドーパントとして含まれるスルホン酸化合物と、水酸基を持つ非イオン性界面活性剤がエステル結合して成るスルホン酸エステル化合物が含まれ、前記スルホン酸化合物が、スルホン酸化高分子化合物であることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記スルホン酸化高分子化合物が、ポリスチレンスルホン酸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、ポリエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステルのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記導電性高分子層を、前記スルホン酸化高分子化合物を含む導電性高分子溶液または分散液中に、前記水酸基をもつ非イオン性界面活性剤を溶解させて前記酸化皮膜上に塗布し、加熱乾燥により脱水縮合させて形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
