Description
また本発明の搬送装置の一態様では、前記第3ピニオンの幅は、前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ピニオンよりも所定幅狭く設定され、前記第1ラック及び前記第2ラックは、前記所定幅の間隙の部分において前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ピニオンの各々と噛み合わせられる。
Claims (7)
- 軌道部を走行する走行部と、
該走行部に取り付けられた本体部、該本体部から前記軌道部の側方に向かう伸長方向に伸長可能であると共に被搬送物を積載可能である積載部、及び該積載部を前記伸長方向に伸長させる伸長機構を有する搬送部と
を備え、
前記伸長機構は、
前記伸長方向に夫々延びると共に空間を隔てて相対向する、前記本体部に対し固定されている第1ラック及び前記積載部に対し固定されている第2ラックと、
前記空間内に配置される、前記第1ラックに噛み合わせられる第1ピニオン及び前記第2ラックに噛み合わされる第2ピニオン、並びに前記第1及び第2ピニオン間に噛み合わせられる奇数個の第3ピニオンと
を備え、
前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ピニオンは、互いに所定高さ異なる位置で軸止されて、前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ラックが互いに接触しないように、且つ前記第2ピニオン及び前記第1ラックが互いに接触しないようにされており、
前記積載部は、前記第1、第2及び第3ピニオンが転動されつつ前記第2ラックが前記第1ラックに対して前記伸長方向にずらされることで、前記伸長方向に伸長される
ことを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 前記第3ピニオンの幅は、前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ピニオンよりも所定幅狭く設定され、
前記第1ラック及び前記第2ラックは、前記所定幅の間隙の部分において前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ピニオンの各々と噛み合わせられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送装置。 - 前記伸長機構は、前記伸長方向に沿って延びると共に、前記第1、第2及び第3ピニオンを軸止し、前記第2ラックがずらされるのに連動して前記伸長方向にスライドするスライダを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記第3ピニオンは、前記第1及び第2ラックのいずれにも干渉しない位置にて、前記第1及び第2ピニオンに噛み合わせられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記第3ピニオンは、前記第1及び第2ラックのいずれにも干渉しない形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置と、前記軌道部とを備える搬送システム。
- 本体部から該本体部の側方に向かう伸長方向に伸長可能である伸長可能部を前記伸長方向に伸長させる伸長機構であって、
前記伸長方向に夫々延びると共に空間を隔てて相対向する、前記本体部に対し固定されている第1ラック及び前記伸長可能部に対し固定されている第2ラックと、
前記空間内に配置される、前記第1ラックに噛み合わせられる第1ピニオン及び前記第2ラックに噛み合わされる第2ピニオン、並びに前記第1及び第2ピニオン間に噛み合わせられる奇数個の第3ピニオンと
を備え、
前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ピニオンは、互いに所定高さ異なる位置で軸止されて、前記第1ピニオン及び前記第2ラックが互いに接触しないように、且つ前記第2ピニオン及び前記第1ラックが互いに接触しないようにされており、
前記伸長可能部は、前記第1、第2及び第3ピニオンが転動されつつ前記第2ラックが前記第1ラックに対して前記伸長方向にずらされることで、前記伸長方向に伸長される
ことを特徴とする伸長機構。
