Claims (3)
- 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した振動溶着パレットであって、筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る複数の仕切り壁半部とを備え、上記複数の仕切り壁半部の内、振動溶着の振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部の肉厚が、振動溶着の振動方向と平行な仕切り壁半部の肉厚よりも厚く、且つ、外周壁半部の肉厚とほぼ同じ又は外周壁半部の肉厚よりも厚く形成され、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、複数の仕切り壁半部の先端部同士がそれぞれ振動溶着により一体化されて両仕切り壁半部により外周壁内を仕切る複数の仕切り壁が構成されていることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。
- 上記外周壁半部の振動溶着パレットの外側面となる部位の内面に外周壁半部の上下長さとほぼ同じ上下長さの補助リブを一体に形成し、上記外周壁半部の振動溶着パレットの外側面となる部位の肉厚よりも上記振動溶着の振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部の肉厚が厚く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の振動溶着パレット。
- 上デッキ部、下デッキ部にそれぞれ筒状桁半部間を連結する振動溶着の振動方向と交差する連結リブを設け、平面視で少なくとも上記振動溶着の振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部を、上記振動溶着の振動方向と交差する連結リブと連続させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の振動溶着パレット。
