Description
このような構成とすることで、筒状桁部6の外周壁10は外部に露出してフォークが衝突する部分であるが、外周壁半部8の内面部に補強リブを設けてあることで、外周壁10の強度が強く、フォークが衝突しても破損することがない。また、仕切り壁半部9はフォークが直接衝突しないので、軽量化及び材料節減のために外周壁半部8のように補強リブ14により補強する必要がないので、振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部9においては、振動溶着時における振動で変形して外周壁半部同士8の先端部同士が振動方向にずれて振動溶着されるおそれがあるが、上記のように、外周壁半部8の先端部を振動溶着における振動方向と交差する仕切り半部9の先端部よりも突出させ、振動方向と交差する仕切り半部9の先端部同士が振動溶着されないように両者の間に小間隙12が設けてあるので、振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部9の先端部同士が溶着されず、したがって、振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部9の先端部同士がずれて溶着されることによる外周壁半部8の先端部同士の振動溶着部分に及ぼす影響が全くなく、結果的に、外周壁半部8の先端部同士の振動溶着部分における溶着不良やずれの発生がない。
また、外周壁半部8のパレット外周側で且つ振動方向と交差する部位を外周壁半部8の他の部位よりも高強度とし、外周壁半部8のパレット内周側で且つ振動方向と平行な部位を外周壁半部8の他の部位よりも強度が弱いことが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した正方形状の振動溶着パレットであって、
筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、
外周壁半部の肉厚が仕切り壁半部の肉厚よりも厚く形成され、外周壁半部の先端部を振動溶着における振動方向と平行及び交差する仕切り壁半部の先端部よりも突出させ、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、
振動方向と平行及び交差する仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着されないように両者の間に、小間隙が設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。 - 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した正方形状の振動溶着パレットであって、
筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、
外周壁半部の内面部に補強リブを設け、外周壁半部の先端部を振動溶着における振動方向と平行及び交差する仕切り壁半部の先端部よりも突出させ、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、
振動方向と平行及び交差する仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着されないように両者の間に、小間隙が設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。 - 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した振動溶着パレットであって、
筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、
振動溶着における振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部の先端部を外周壁半部の先端部よりも引き込ませ、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、
振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着されないように両者の間に、小間隙が設けてあり、
仕切り壁半部の先端部の外周壁半部よりも引き込ませた寸法が、外周壁内に突設したリブ部の上下におけるその先端から外周壁半部の先端と並ぶ高さ位置までの空間の寸法に比べて、小さい寸法であることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。 - 外周壁半部のパレット外周側で且つ振動方向と交差する部位を外周壁半部の他の部位よりも高強度とし、
外周壁半部のパレット内周側で且つ振動方向と平行な部位を外周壁半部の他の部位よりも強度が弱いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項記載の振動溶着パレット。
