Description
このような構成とすることで、筒状桁部6の外周壁10は外部に露出してフォークが衝突する部分であるが、外周壁半部8の内面部に補強リブを設けてあることで、外周壁10の強度が強く、フォークが衝突しても破損することがない。また、仕切り壁半部9はフォークが直接衝突しないので、軽量化及び材料節減のために外周壁半部8のように補強リブ14により補強する必要がないので、振動方向と交差する仕切り壁半部9においては、振動溶着時における振動で変形して外周壁半部同士8の先端部同士が振動方向にずれて振動溶着されるおそれがあるが、上記のように、振動溶着の振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部9の先端部同士が一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化され、仕切り壁半部9の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に小間隙12が設けてあるので、仕切り壁半部9の一部の振動溶着部分がずれて溶着されるとしても、ずれて溶着されることによる外周壁半部8の先端部同士の振動溶着部分に及ぼす影響を抑制でき、結果的に、外周壁半部8の先端部同士の振動溶着部分における溶着不良やずれの発生が抑制されることになる。
また、筒状桁部6間に両端部が開口したフォーク挿入用空所13を形成し、フォーク挿入用空所13の下部の下デッキ部4の両端部及び中間部に対応する部位において隣接する筒状桁半部2同士を連設部15により一体に連設すると共に、下デッキ部4の連設部15間に挟まれた部位を上下に開口する下面開口部16とし、上記振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部9が、連設部15の延長線上に形成することが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した正方形状の振動溶着パレットであって、
筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、
外周壁半部の肉厚が仕切り壁半部の肉厚よりも厚く形成され、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、
振動溶着の振動方向と平行及び交差する方向の仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化されて両仕切り壁半部により外周壁内を上下に仕切る仕切り壁が構成されていると共に仕切り壁半部の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に、小間隙が設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。 - 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した正方形状の振動溶着パレットであって、
筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、
外周壁半部の内面部に補強リブを設け、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、
振動溶着の振動方向と平行及び交差する方向の仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化されて両仕切り壁半部により外周壁内を上下に仕切る仕切り壁が構成されていると共に仕切り壁半部の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に、小間隙が設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。 - 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した振動溶着パレットであって、
筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、
外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、
振動溶着の振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化されて両仕切り壁半部により外周壁内を上下に仕切る仕切り壁が構成されていると共に仕切り壁半部の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に小間隙が設けてあり、
小間隙となる凹みが、外周壁内に突設したリブ部の上下におけるその先端から外周壁半部の先端と並ぶ高さ位置までの空間の寸法に比べて、小さい寸法で凹んで仕切り壁半部の先端部の一部に設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。 - 筒状桁部間に両端部が開口したフォーク挿入用空所を形成し、
フォーク挿入用空所の下部の下デッキ部の両端部及び中間部に対応する部位において隣接する筒状桁半部同士を連設部により一体に連設すると共に、下デッキ部の連設部間に挟まれた部位を上下に開口する下面開口部とし、
上記振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部が、連設部の延長線上に形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項記載の振動溶着パレット。
