なお、本発明を説明するにおいて、関連した公知の技術に対する具体的な説明が本発明の要旨を無駄に乱すおそれがあると判断される場合、その詳細な説明は省略する。
本発明の好適な実施例に係るタッチスクリーン入力装置は、188μm〜2000μmの厚さを有する透明フィルム、および前記透明フィルムの一面または両面に形成された透明電極層を含み、前記透明フィルムおよび透明基板の一面または両面は紫外線照射処理、高周波処理またはプライマー処理が施されたことを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- 188μm〜2000μmの厚さを有する透明フィルムと、
前記透明フィルムの一面または両面に形成され、液晶高分子及び伝導性高分子を含んで形成された透明電極層と、を含み、
前記液晶高分子は、前記伝導性高分子の重量に対し0.1乃至20重量部の範囲で含まれ、
前記透明フィルムの一面または両面は、紫外線照射処理、高周波処理またはプライマー処理が施されたことを特徴とする、タッチスクリーン。 - 前記透明電極層は、印刷方式によって形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記伝導性高分子は、ポリ−3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン/ポリスチレンスルホネート(PEDOT/PSS)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記液晶高分子は、アクリル系であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記透明電極層は、10〜1000Ω/□の面抵抗値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記液晶高分子は、1,4−ビス[3−(アクリロキシオキシ)プロピルオキシ]−2−メチルベンゼン)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記透明フィルムの外部面に、ハードコーティング層、指紋防止(AF、anti−fingerprint)層、光屈折遮断(AG、anti−glare)層、および反射光防止(AR、anti−reflection)層の少なくとも一つが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記透明フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate、PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(polyethylene naphthalate、PEN)、ポリエーテルスルホン(polyether sulfone、PES)、ガラス、強化ガラス、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate、PC)、環状オレフィン高分子(cyclic olefin copolymer、COC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、TAC(triacetylcellulose)、二軸延伸ポリスチレン(Kレジン含有BOPS(biaxially orientedPS))、またはこれらの混合物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記透明フィルムは、誘電率2.9〜3.5のPET(polyethylene terephthalate)、誘電率7.5〜8のガラス、誘電率2.5〜7のシリコン系フィルム、誘電率6.5〜7のウレタン系フィルム、誘電率2.5〜4.5のポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、および誘電率2.5〜3.5のポリカーボネート(PC)よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記透明フィルムのエッジに、Ag電極層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 前記Ag電極層は、印刷方式によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載タッスクリーン。
