Claims (9)
- 상면 및 하면으로 빛 반사 방지가 가능한 터치패널부와;
상기 터치패널부와 공기층을 사이에 두고 하부에 위치하는 엘시디부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 터치패널부는
터치패널 상부에 구비되어 눈부심을 방지하는 눈부심방지필름과;
상기 눈부심방지필름 상부에 구비되어 빛 반사를 방지하는 제1빛반사방지코팅과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 구비되어 빛 반사를 방지하는 제2빛반사방지코팅;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1빛반사방지코팅 상부에는 지문발생을 방지하는 지문발생방지코팅이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 구조.
- Al2O3와, TiO2와, SiO2를 다층 교대 증착하되, 터치패널에 눈부심방지필름을 증착시키며, 전면과 배면에 빛반사방지코팅을 다층에 실시하고, 증착 계면 간 아르곤 플라즈마 에칭을 실시하고, 상기 빛반사방지코팅 상면에 상기 빛반사방지코팅 층 보호 및 지문 오염 방지를 위해 지문발생방지코팅을 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서
증착온도는 60~100도로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서
상기 아르곤 플라즈마 에칭 시간은 30~60초로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서
상기 지문발생방지코팅은 플루오로카본계 실란을 증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서
상기 Al2O3를 최초로 증착하며, 최상위면에는 상기 지문발생방지코팅이 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서
상기 지문발생방지코팅의 증착 코팅 두께는 200 내지 600 나노미터로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 제조방법.
