Claims (1)
- 検出光を発する投光部と、
前記投光部からの前記検出光を平行光に変換して、前記平行光を外部への検出光として外部に出射するレンズと、
前記投光部と前記レンズとの間の前記検出光の光路上に設けられて、前記検出光の光路と、前記外部への検出光が外部で反射されて戻ってきた光である戻り光の光路とを分離する光路分離部と、
前記光路分離部からの前記戻り光を受ける受光部とを備え、
前記レンズは、
前記検出光の入射面および前記戻り光の出射面であって、前記検出光が前記平行光に変換されるように形成された曲面と、
前記検出光の出射面および前記戻り光の入射面として前記曲面と反対側に形成され、かつ、前記平行光の光線方向に対して面の法線方向が特定角度をなす平面とを含み、
前記特定角度は、前記平面で反射された前記検出光が前記受光部に受光されない位置に到達するような角度に選ばれており、
前記投光部と前記光路分離部と前記受光部とを格納し、かつ、平面状の外表面を含む筐体をさらに備え、
前記外表面は、前記レンズが装着される開口部を有し、
前記レンズから出射したときの前記外部への検出光の光線方向が、前記外表面に対して垂直となるように、前記投光部および前記レンズが設けられている、光電センサ。
