Claims (5)
- 波形パターンを有する複数の熱交換プレート(2)と、前面カバープレート(3)と、裏面カバープレート(4)と、を有し、前記複数の熱交換プレートが、互いに固定して取り付けられているとともに、前記前面カバープレートと前記裏面カバープレートとに固定して取り付けられ、前記前面カバープレートと前記裏面カバープレートとの少なくとも一方が、前記カバープレートと同じ材料で形成された外向きに延びるカラー(9,10)を有する複数の接続ポート(5,6,7,8)を有する、熱交換器であって、前記カラー(9,10)の1つに固定して取り付けられた接続配管(11)をさらに有する熱交換器において、
前記接続配管が、前記熱交換プレート用のろう付け材料よりも低融点のろう付け材料を用いて、前記カラーにろう付けされていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記接続配管が、前記カラーに、誘導加熱ろう付けによってろう付けされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記接続配管が銅製であり、前記カバープレートがステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 筒状接続部を有するろう付け熱交換器の組み立て方法であって、前記熱交換器のカバープレート(3,4)の少なくとも一方が、前記カバープレートと同じ材料で形成された外向きに延びるカラー(9,10)を有する複数の接続ポート(5,6,7,8)を有し、
前記熱交換プレートと前記カバープレートとに塗布されたろう付け材料が前記熱交換器をまとめてろう付けするように、炉内で前記熱交換器を加熱するステップと、
前記熱交換器を冷却するステップと、
を含む方法において、
前記熱交換プレート用のろう付け材料の融点よりも低い融点のろう付け材料による誘導加熱ろう付け法を用いて、前記カバープレート上の前記カラーの1つに筒状接続部をろう付けするステップを含むことを特徴とする、ろう付け熱交換器の組み立て方法。 - 前記カバープレートがステンレス鋼製であり、前記筒状接続部が銅製であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
