Description

磁気センサ110は、ホール効果センサ116と、関係したワイヤーハーネス117と、2つの脚部を備える継手部材111と、2つの脚部に相応する2つの磁石114とを含む。2つ以上の脚部及び2つ以上の磁石を使用することが可能であることを理解すべきである。磁気センサ組立体110の全体及び段階的に変化させた磁気特異領域105は、ピストン又は弁の内部に収容することができる。
Claims (7)
- 変位センサ(100)において、
ロッド(103)であって、ロッドの磁気領域内に、実質的に凸型の円錐形の段階的に変化させた磁気特異ボア部分(105)を含むロッド(103)と、
前記実質的に凸型の円錐形の段階的に変位させた磁気特異ボア部分(105)に近接して配置された磁気センサ(110)とを備え、
前記磁気センサ(110)は、
2つの脚部(112)と、頂端部(120)とを有する継手部材(111)と、
前記継手部材(111)の2つの脚部(112)の底脚端部に固定された2つの磁石(114)と、
前記継手部材(111)の頂端部(120)に固定されたホール効果センサ(116)であって、前記2つの磁石(114)と磁気的に連通している前記ホール効果センサ(116)とを備え、
前記磁気センサ(110)は、前記実質的に凸型の円錐形の段階的に変化させた磁気特異ボア部分(105)の前記磁気センサ(110)に対する位置に関連した位置信号を発生させる、変位センサ(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の変位センサ(100)において、前記2つの磁石(114)は、ロッド表面に対応する円弧にほぼ沿って配置される、変位センサ(100)。
- 請求項1に記載の変位センサ(100)において、前記2つの磁石(114)は、ほぼ対向した2つの磁石を備える、変位センサ(100)。
- 変位センサ(100)において、
ロッド(103)であって、ロッドの磁気領域内に、実質的に凸型の円錐形の段階的に変化させたボア部分(105)を含むロッド(103)と、
前記実質的に凸型の円錐形の段階的に変化させたボア部分(105)に近接して配置された磁気センサ(110)であって、前記磁気センサ(110)に対する前記実質的に凸型の円錐形の段階的に変化させたボア部分(105)の位置に関連した位置信号を発生させる磁気センサ(110)とを備える、変位センサ(100)。 - 請求項4に記載の変位センサ(100)において、前記磁気センサ(110)は、
2つの脚部(112)と、頂端部(120)とを有する継手部材(111)と、
前記継手部材(111)の2つの脚部(112)の底脚端部に固定された2つの磁石(114)と、
前記継手部材(111)の頂端部(120)に固定されたホール効果センサ(116)であって、前記2つの磁石(114)と磁気的に連通している、ホール効果センサ(116)とを備える、変位センサ(100)。 - 請求項4に記載の変位センサ(100)において、前記2つの磁石(114)は、ロッド表面に対応する円弧にほぼ沿って配置される、変位センサ(100)。
- 請求項5に記載の変位センサ(100)において、前記2つの磁石(114)は、ほぼ対向した2つの磁石を備える、変位センサ(100)。
