- 有機電界発光ダイオードと;
スキャン信号を印加するためのスキャンラインと;
制御信号を印加するための制御ラインと;
データ信号を印加するためのデータラインと;
第1ノードの電圧による駆動電流を前記有機電界発光ダイオードに印加するために前記有機電界発光ダイオードと第2ノード間に電気的に連結される駆動トランジスタと;
前記データラインと前記第1ノード間に電気的に連結され、前記スキャン信号によりオン/オフされる第1スイッチングトランジスタと;
前記第2ノードと第1電源電圧供給ライン間に電気的に連結され、前記制御信号によりオン/オフされる第2スイッチングトランジスタと;
前記第1ノードと第1電源電圧供給ライン間に電気的に連結される第1キャパシタと;
前記第1ノードと第2ノード間に電気的に連結される第2キャパシタとを含み、
前記第1キャパシタの静電容量と第2キャパシタの静電容量間の比率は前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率を考慮して決定される
ことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の比率は前記第1キャパシタの静電容量を前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の合計で割った値であり、前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に反比例する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第2キャパシタの静電容量が一定であるとき、前記第1キャパシタの静電容量は前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に反比例する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1キャパシタの静電容量が一定であるとき、前記第2キャパシタの静電容量は前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に比例する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1スイッチングトランジスタ、第2スイッチングトランジスタ及び駆動トランジスタの全ては同一伝導タイプである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1スイッチングトランジスタ、第2スイッチングトランジスタ及び駆動トランジスタはNMOSまたはPMOSである

前記赤色、緑色及び青色副画素は、
有機電界発光ダイオードと;
第1ノードの電圧による駆動電流を前記有機電界発光ダイオードに印加するために前記有機電界発光ダイオードと第2ノード間に電気的に連結される駆動トランジスタと;
前記データラインと前記第1ノード間に電気的に連結され、前記スキャン信号によりオン/オフされる第1スイッチングトランジスタと;
前記第2ノードと第1電源電圧供給ライン間に電気的に連結され、前記制御信号によりオン/オフされる第2スイッチングトランジスタと;
前記第1ノードと第1電源電圧供給ライン間に電気的に連結される第1キャパシタと;
前記第1ノードと第2ノード間に電気的に連結される第2キャパシタとを含み、
前記赤色、緑色及び青色副画素は前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の比率が互いに相異なり、
前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の比率は、前記第1キャパシタの静電容量を前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の合計で割った値である
ことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記赤色、緑色及び青色副画素は前記第1キャパシタの静電容量が同じであるとき、前記各副画素の第2キャパシタは前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に比例する静電容量を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記赤色、緑色及び青色副画素は前記第2キャパシタの静電容量が同じであるとき、前記各副画素の第1キャパシタは前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に反比例する静電容量を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1スイッチングトランジスタ、第2スイッチングトランジスタ及び駆動トランジスタの全ては同一伝導タイプである
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1スイッチングトランジスタ、第2スイッチングトランジスタ及び駆動トランジスタはNMOSまたはPMOSである
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - スキャン信号、データ信号及び制御信号を印加するための複数の信号ライン及び前記複数の信号ラインと電気的に連結される複数の画素を含む有機電界発光表示装置において、
前記複数の画素は、
有機電界発光ダイオードと;
第1ノードの電圧による駆動電流を前記有機電界発光ダイオードに印加するために前記有機電界発光ダイオードと第2ノード間に電気的に連結される駆動トランジスタと;
前記データラインと前記第1ノード間に電気的に連結され、前記スキャン信号によりオン/オフされる第1スイッチングトランジスタと;
前記第2ノードと第1電源電圧供給ライン間に電気的に連結され、前記制御信号によりオン/オフされる第2スイッチングトランジスタと;
前記第1ノードと第1電源電圧供給ライン間に電気的に連結される第1キャパシタと;
前記第1ノードと第2ノード間に電気的に連結される第2キャパシタとを含み、
前記複数の画素のうち表現する色が相違する画素間の前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの比率は互いに相異なり、
前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の比率は前記第1キャパシタの静電容量を前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの静電容量の合計で割った値である
ことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1キャパシタと第2キャパシタの比率は前記画素の有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に反比例する
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記各画素の第1キャパシタが同じ静電容量を有するとき、前記第2キャパシタは前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に比例する静電容量を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記各画素の第2キャパシタが同じ静電容量を有するとき、前記第1キャパシタは前記有機電界発光ダイオードの効率に反比例する静電容量を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記複数の画素に順次にデータ信号を印加するための多重分離装置をさらに含む
