Claims (3)
- 유기발광 표시장치의 화소 회로에 있어서,유기발광소자와,게이트 선택 신호를 게이트 단에 인가받으며, 데이터 신호를 입력받는 제1트랜지스터와,상기 제1트랜지스터와 게이트 단이 연결되며, 상기 유기발광소자의의 전류를 구동하는 제2트랜지스터와,상기 데이터 신호를 게이트 단에 인가받으며, 제어 신호를 입력받는 제3트랜지스터와,상기 제3트랜지스터와 상기 제2트랜지스터의 게이트 단을 연결하는 제1커패시터와,상기 제1커패시터와 직렬 구성을 가지며, 양자간의 커패시턴스 비율에 따라 설정되는 스케일링 팩터를 구성하는 제2커패시터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화소 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3트랜지스터에 입력되는 제어 신호는 상기 게이트 선택 신호임을 특징으로 하는 화소 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2트랜지스터에는 전류구동 전원 또는 상기 게이트 선택 신호가 입력됨을 특징으로 하는 화소 구조.
