Claims (10)
- 本体(2)中で長手方向に変化可能な締付けのためのドリル(3)を有するきりもみ・さらもみ工具であって、
前記ドリル(3)は、
長手方向に延びる軸線(A)と、
直径(D)と、
前記ドリル(3)の前記軸線(A)に対し最大25°のねじれ角を有する複数のねじれ溝(8)と、
ねじれ溝(8)毎の冷却材通路(10)と、
長手方向に延び、前記きりもみ・さらもみ工具の切削用インサート(5)を接触支持長(AL)で当接支持するために利用される当接支持面(7)と、
を備え、
前記本体(2)は、ドリル受けと、固定ねじ(6)により前記本体(2)内に固定された切削用インサート(5)と、を含み、
前記ドリル(3)は、締付けボルト(4)と、前記固定ねじ(6)により接触支持長(AL)に沿って前記ドリル(3)の前記当接支持面(7)に押された前記切削用インサート(5)によって、前記本体(2)内に保持され、
前記当接支持面(7)は、前記本体(2)が前記軸線(A)に実質的に平行なドリルに沿って長手方向に移動することを許すように構成され、前記当接支持面(7)は、前記切削用インサート(5)が前記ねじれ溝(8)の長さの実質的な部分に沿って複数の場所に位置することを許すための十分な幅と長さを有し、
前記本体(2)は、前記ねじれ溝(8)に沿って前記ドリル(3)の長さの実質的な部分に沿って複数の場所に移動しかつ取り付けられるように構成され、
前記切削用インサート(5)及び前記当接支持面(7)は、前記当接支持面(7)の長さに沿って前記切削用インサート(5)の実質的な相対的な移動を許しかつ前記ドリル(3)の前記本体(2)を本質的に曲げ又は回転させることなく前記本体(2)と前記ドリル(3)との間の実質的な相対的な移動を許すように構成されている
ことを特徴とするきりもみ・さらもみ工具。 - 当接支持面(7)の軸方向における長さ(L)が値0.2×D2−0.8×D+30(全ての単位はmm)から最大で25%しかずれていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 当接支持面(7)の軸方向における長さ(L)が、さらもみ工具として形成された切削用インサート(5)の接触支持長(AL)の少なくとも2倍であり、切削用インサート(5)が組立状態において当接支持面(7)に前記接触支持長(AL)で接することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 2つのねじれ溝(8)の間に少なくとも95°の角度(α)にわたり延びるあたり部(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 穴あけ深さが少なくとも3×Dであることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- ドリルコア直径がドリル先端(11)からの距離の増大に伴い減少し、0.18×D〜0.35×Dの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 中実硬質金属ドリルとして形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 硬質金属、サーメット、PCD、CBN又はセラミックスから成る複数の切削用インサートを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 切削用インサートがろう付けされたことを特徴とする請求項8記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
- 切削用インサートが解放可能に結合されたことを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載のきりもみ・さらもみ工具。
