Claims (5)
- 非真円箇所を有する工作物を支持する主軸が回転駆動可能に軸承され基台に装架された主軸台と、前記主軸に設けられ前記主軸と前記工作物とを回転位相を合せて連結する連結部材と、砥石車を回転駆動可能に支承し前記主軸の回転軸線と交差する方向に進退移動可能に基台に装架された砥石台と、前記非真円箇所の仕上形状に沿ったプロフィルデータに基づいて前記主軸の回転と前記砥石台の進退移動とを関連付けて行わせるとともに、研削条件に沿って前記主軸の回転速度を変化せる制御装置と、を備えた非真円箇所研削盤において、
前記主軸が前記制御装置により低回転速度で回転制御される低速回転位相範囲内の域に回転されているときに、センサが、前記工作物の前記非真円箇所の最大径部と対向して該最大径部が検出位相区間に回転していることを検出するように配置され、
前記主軸が前記検出位相区間に回転されているときに、前記センサが前記最大径部を検出しない場合に異常と判定する異常判定手段を備えることを特徴とする非真円箇所研削盤における工作物異常回転検出装置。 - 請求項1において、前記制御装置は、工作物の単位角度回転当りの前記砥石車による前記非真円箇所の研削量に応じて前記主軸の回転速度を変化せる制御を備えたことを特徴とする非真円箇所研削盤における工作物異常回転検出装置。
- 請求項1において、前記制御装置は、前記砥石車による前記非真円箇所を有する工作物の研削速度を一定にするため、前記主軸の回転速度を変化せる制御を備えたことを特徴とする非真円箇所研削盤における工作物異常回転検出装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3において、前記センサは、前記砥石台に配置されていることを特徴とする非真円箇所研削盤における工作物異常回転検出装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4において、前記工作物はエンジンのカムシャフトであり、前記非真円箇所はカムであり、前記センサは、前記砥石車によって研削中のカムの上方に対向配置されていることを特徴とする非真円箇所研削盤における工作物異常回転検出装置。
