Claims (12)
- スチレン‐エチレン‐ブチレン‐スチレン(SEBS)コポリマーと熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)材料との混合物から成るエラストマー部材を、1種類以上のイソシアン酸塩ベースプライマ及びシランベースプライマを使用してガラス基材に接着させるようにしたことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記ガラス基材が車両用窓ガラスであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法であって、
前記1種類以上のプライマを、前記車両用窓ガラスの周縁部の少なくとも一部に塗布するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、
前記エラストマー部材を、前記1種類以上のプライマが塗布された前記車両用窓ガラスの前記周縁部の少なくとも一部に、射出成形法または反応射出成形法により成形するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、
前記ガラス基材に接着させる前記エラストマー部材を、押し出し法によって予成形するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、
前記イソシアン酸塩ベースプライマを、前記車両用窓ガラス上に事前に塗布された前記シランベースプライマ上に塗布するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、
前記シランベースプライマを、前記車両用窓ガラスの前記周縁部の一部に塗布し、
その後、2秒間ないし10分間の時間間隔内に、前記イソシアン酸塩ベースプライマを、前記シランベースプライマ上に塗布するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、
前記シランベースプライマを塗布してからその上に前記イソシアン酸塩ベースプライマを塗布するまでの前記時間間隔が、2秒間ないし2分間であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法であって、
前記シランベースプライマを塗布してからその上に前記イソシアン酸塩ベースプライマを塗布するまでの前記時間間隔が、2秒間ないし10秒間であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、
前記シランベースプライマと前記イソシアン酸塩ベースプライマとの混合物を、前記車両用窓ガラスの前記周縁部の少なくとも一部に塗布するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法であって、
前記予成形されたエラストマー部材を前記車両用窓ガラスに接着させる前に、
前記1種類以上のプライマがその表面に塗布された前記車両用窓ガラスを、24℃ないし135℃の温度に予熱するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記エラストマー部材と前記ガラス基材との間の結合の強度が、前記エラストマー部材の前記材料の凝集強度と等しい強度かそれを超える強度であることを特徴とする方法。
