Description
Claims (7)
- 基板と、
前記基板に被さっている第1伝導層と、
前記第1伝導層に被さっている有機層の集合と、
前記有機層の集合に被さっている第2伝導層と、
前記第2伝導層の上部に配されている第1金属箔と
を有するOLED装置であって、
少なくとも、前記第1伝導層の一部が、下方の電極層を構成しており、
少なくとも、前記第2伝導層の一部は、上方の電極層を構成しており、
前記第1金属箔は、前記上方の電極層に電気的に接続されており、
少なくとも前記有機層の集合の封入が前記第1金属箔によって提供され、
前記第1金属箔は、前記第2伝導層から離間して配されており、
前記第1金属箔と前記上方の電極層との電気的接続は、前記第1伝導層の別個の部分を介してなされており、
前記第1伝導層の別個の部分は、前記有機層を超えて延在しているブリッジ部分を介して前記上方の電極層に接続されている、
OLED装置。
- 前記第1金属箔の上部に配されると共に、前記下方及び上方の電極層の一方に電気的に接続されている第2金属箔と、前記第1金属箔と前記第2金属箔との間に配されている絶縁層とを更に有する、請求項1に記載のOLED装置。
- 前記第2金属箔と前記下方の電極層とを接続するために、1つ以上の接触部分が、前記第2金属箔と前記下方の電極層との間に、前記絶縁層と前記第1金属箔とを介して設けられている、請求項2に記載のOLED装置。
- 他の金属箔の上部に配されている少なくとも1つの更なる金属箔を有し、絶縁層が金属箔の各対の間に設けられている、請求項2又は3に記載のOLED装置。
- 複数のピクセルを有しており、各ピクセルは、前記下方の電極層、前記有機層及び前記上方の電極層の一部を有しており、少なくとも2つの異なる金属箔が、ピクセルの異なる部分群の個々の制御のために、同じ電極層の異なる部分に電気的に接続されており、各部分群は、少なくとも1つのピクセルを有している、請求項2ないし4の何れか一項に記載のOLED装置。
- 前記異なる部分群のピクセルが異なる色の光を発する、請求項5に記載のOLED装置。
- 各金属箔が外部接続端子を提供している、請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載のOLED装置。
