Claims (1)
- 圧電体層を介在させて第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極とが交互に積層されてなる積層体を備える積層型圧電素子であって、
前記圧電体層には、前記第1の内部電極同士を電気的に接続するための第1のスルーホール、及び前記第2の内部電極同士を電気的に接続するための第2のスルーホールが形成されており、
前記第1の内部電極は、前記第2のスルーホールを包囲し、且つその外縁部が前記積層体の側面に到達するように設けられ、前記第2の内部電極は、前記第1のスルーホールを包囲し、且つその外縁部が前記積層体の側面に到達するように設けられ、
前記第1のスルーホールと前記積層体の側面との最短距離は、前記第1のスルーホールと前記圧電体層の中心との距離より大きく、前記第2のスルーホールと前記積層体の側面との最短距離は、前記第2のスルーホールと前記圧電体層の中心との距離より大きく、
前記第1のスルーホール及び前記第2のスルーホールの前記形成は、前記積層体の積層方向から見た場合に、前記第1のスルーホールと前記第2のスルーホールとの間に、前記第1の内部電極と前記第2の内部電極とが重なる前記圧電体層の活性部分が存在しないように、前記第1の内部電極と前記第2の内部電極とが重ならない前記圧電体層の非活性部分において行われることを特徴とする積層型圧電素子。
