Claims (6)
- スプライン部品(10)を補修する方法であって、
複数の放射状に間隔をおいた複数のスプライン(20)を有するスプライン部品(10)であって、各々のスプラインがニッケル基超合金からなり、かつ磨耗した加圧面(40)とその反対側の磨耗していない非加圧面(42)とを有する、スプライン部品(10)を準備する段階と、
各スプライン(20)上に嵌合する開口部(630)を形成する内表面(625)と外表面(620)とを有するニッケル基超合金製の管状オーバーレイ(600)を準備する段階と、
前記複数の放射状に間隔をおいたスプライン(20)を前記管状オーバーレイ(600)の中に挿入して、管状オーバーレイの内表面を前記非加圧面(42)の所望の溶接区域に接触させる段階と、
熱影響域内での結晶粒成長を抑制するのに十分な入熱を使用して、前記非加圧面(42)の所望の溶接区域に対応する前記管状オーバーレイ(600)の部分を溶接して、管状オーバーレイ由来のニッケル基超合金の層を前記所望の溶接区域に接合させ、補修非加圧面(42’)を得る段階と、
前記加圧面(40)の少なくとも一部分を機械加工して機械加工加圧面(40’)を形成する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記補修非加圧面(42’)を機械加工して機械加工補修非加圧面を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記管状オーバーレイ(600)の外表面に、環状オーバーレイ(600)の長さに沿って延びる一連の平行なスクライブライン(640)が設けられていて、前記スクライブライン(640)が、前記スプライン(20)の加圧面(40)及び非加圧面(42)の真上の交互区域を定める、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記管状オーバーレイ(600)の外表面及び内表面の両方がスプライン(20)の輪郭に一致している、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ニッケル基超合金が、18重量%のクロム、19重量%の鉄、5重量%のニオブ+タンタル、3重量%のモリブデン、0.9重量%のチタン、0.5重量%のアルミニウム、0.05重量%の炭素、0.009重量%のホウ素、最大1重量%のコバルト、最大0.35重量%のマンガン、最大0.35重量%のケイ素、最大0.1重量%の銅及び残部のニッケルを含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記スプライン部品が、ガスタービンエンジンのシャフトである、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
