Claims (10)

請求項1に記載の熱イオン電子エミッタ。 - 前記加熱手段は、前記放射面に対して反対の位置にある、前記内側部分に配置された2つのエミッタ端子であって、前記エミッタ端子に電圧を印加することにより前記放射面に加熱電流を生じるエミッタ端子を有する、
請求項1または2に記載の熱イオン電子エミッタ。 - 前記外側部分はエミッタ端子に対して前記放射面と反対の接続領域で前記内側部分に機械的に接続された、
