Claims (2)
- ジョイントにおける十字形スパイダの軸部の外周面に嵌着される内周シール部と、前記軸部を相対回転可能に支持するベアリングの外輪の端面に摺動可能に密接される主シールリップと、前記主シールリップの外周側に設けられたダストリップとを備え、前記ダストリップが、前記外輪の外周面に摺動可能に密接される外側リップエッジと、それより内側にあって前記外輪と非接触で近接対向する内側リップエッジとを有し、この内側リップエッジは、前記外側リップエッジの摩耗によって前記外輪の外周面に摺動可能となるものであり、前記外側リップエッジと内側リップエッジの間の谷部空間にグリースが保持されることを特徴とするユニバーサルジョイント用密封装置。
- 主シールリップが、外輪の端面に摺動可能に密接される内周リップエッジと、それより外周側にあって前記外輪の端面と非接触で近接対向する外周リップエッジとを有し、この外周リップエッジは、前記内周リップエッジの摩耗によって前記外輪の端面に摺動可能となるものであり、前記内周リップエッジと外周リップエッジの間の谷部空間にグリースが保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のユニバーサルジョイント用密封装置。
