Description
Claims (7)
- 配列した複数のセンサ画素を有するイメージセンサの上に配置される光学フィルタであって、
長尺の透光性基板と、
前記透光性基板に積層される第1光学フィルタ層と、
前記第1光学フィルタ層に積層される第2光学フィルタ層と、を備え、
前記透光性基板が、前記複数のセンサ画素の配列方向に長尺で前記イメージセンサの直上に位置する受光部と、前記受光部を囲む枠部と、を有し、
前記受光部が、その長手方向の一方側に位置する透光領域と、
前記受光部の長手方向において前記透光領域に隣接する第1フィルタ領域と、
前記受光部の長手方向において前記第1フィルタ領域に隣接し、且つ、前記第1フィルタ領域を挟んで前記透光領域とは逆側に位置する第2フィルタ領域と、を有し、
前記第1光学フィルタ層が、前記第1フィルタ領域、前記第2フィルタ領域、及び前記枠部を覆うように積層され、
前記第2光学フィルタ層が、前記第2フィルタ領域及び前記枠部を覆うように積層されていることを特徴とする光学フィルタ。 - 前記第2光学フィルタ層に積層される第3光学フィルタ層を更に備え、
前記受光部が、その長手方向において前記第2フィルタ領域に隣接し、且つ、前記第2フィルタ領域を挟んで前記第1フィルタ領域とは逆側に位置する第3フィルタ領域を更に有し、
前記第1光学フィルタ層が、前記第1フィルタ領域、前記第2フィルタ領域、前記第3フィルタ領域、及び前記枠部を覆うように積層され、
前記第2光学フィルタ層が、前記第2フィルタ領域、前記第3フィルタ領域、及び前記枠部を覆うように積層され、
前記第3光学フィルタ層が、前記第3フィルタ領域及び前記枠部を覆うように積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学フィルタ。 - 前記透光性基板が、前記枠部を囲む縁部を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記透光領域と前記第1フィルタ領域との境界線、及び前記第1フィルタ領域と前記第2フィルタ領域との境界線が、前記イメージセンサの直上において、前記複数のセンサ画素の配列方向に対して斜めに交差することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記第2フィルタ領域と前記第3フィルタ領域との境界線が、前記イメージセンサの直上において、前記複数のセンサ画素の配列方向に対して斜めに交差することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記透光領域において、前記透光性基板が露出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記縁部が露出していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光学フィルタ。
