Claims (4)
- 密閉可能な醗酵槽に、有機性原料液を充填する原料液充填工程と、
充填された前記有機性原料液を前記醗酵槽を密閉した状態で嫌気性条件下で醗酵させ、醗酵により生成する、メタンガスと二酸化炭素とを含有するバイオガスの圧力により醗酵槽内を加圧しながら醗酵を継続させる醗酵工程と、
前記醗酵槽内の液の液性を中和するために水酸化カルシウムを添加する工程と、
前記醗酵槽内の気層からガスを回収するガス回収工程と、を備えることを特徴とするメタンガス回収方法。 - 前記醗酵槽には、前記醗酵により生じる醗酵残渣を排出する醗酵残渣排出ライン及び固液分離手段が、該醗酵槽側から順に直列に接続されており、
前記醗酵残渣を前記醗酵残渣排出ラインを通じて前記固液分離手段に供給する際に、加圧状態の前記醗酵槽の内圧と前記醗酵残渣が供給される固液分離手段との間の圧力差を用いて、ポンプを使用すること無しに前記醗酵残渣を前記固液分離手段に供給する請求項1記載のメタンガス回収方法。 - 前記固液分離手段が前記醗酵槽の内圧と前記醗酵残渣が排出される大気圧環境との圧力差を用いて醗酵残渣中の固形分と濾液とを分離するものである請求項2に記載のメタンガス回収方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載されたメタンガス回収方法により回収されたガスを脱硫処理した後、電気エネルギー及び熱エネルギーを得るためのエネルギー変換装置に導入することを特徴とするエネルギー変換システム。
