Description
ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のポリプロピレン重合体を含む外層と、
ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のポリプロピレン重合体30〜70重量%、及び熱可塑性弾性重合体30〜70重量%を含む中間層と、
ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のポリプロピレン重合体50〜70重量%、ポリエチレン5〜20重量%、及び熱可塑性弾性重合体10〜45重量%を含む内層と、
を含むことを特徴とする輸液容器用多層フィルムを提供する。
輸液が貯蔵される多数のチャンバーを有する内側バッグと、
該内側バッグを取り囲む外側バッグと、からなり、
内側バッグが、上記の輸液容器用多層フィルムの材質からなることを特徴とする輸液容器を提供する。
下記表1の組成及び共押出法を用いて多層フィルムを製造した。この場合、フィルムの清浄度の維持のために、すべての作業はクリーンルーム中で行われ、共押出下向型インフレーションフィルム機(Inflation film machine)で水冷式で冷却を用いて製造された。成形方法は、原料を押出機で溶融させ、ダイから空気を吹き込んで円筒チューブ状に作られたフィルムにローラーを通過させて成形した。製造された多層フィルムの外層/中間層/内層の厚さは20μm/160μm/20μmとした。

上記実施例及び比較例で製造された多層フィルムの剥離強度(soft seal)を測定し、その結果を下記の表2に表す。
フィルム二枚を製袋機を用いて熱接着して輸液ポーチを製造する。まず、ロール状に巻回されているフィルムを、バッグ成形のために解きながら熱転写箔(Hot Stamping Foil)を印刷する。続いて、隔壁シール金型を用いてソフトシルの隔壁を形成した後、バッグの周縁シール金型を用いて、4辺のうち1辺の一部をチューブ挿入空間として残しておき、残り部分をハードシールする。以降、チューブ挿入のためにシールしなかった空間をオープンしてフィルム間にチューブを挿入した後、チューブシール金型を用いて熱接着することで、バッグを製造した。この場合、内側バッグの材質は、実施例1で製造された多層フィルムとし、外側バッグは、ポリプロピレンフィルムとした。
下記の表3乃至表5の組成により、ブドウ糖、アミノ酸及び脂質混合液をそれぞれ製造した。これら混合液のそれぞれを薬液ろ過器に通過させた後、上記製造された輸液容器の3つのチャンバーのそれぞれに注ぎ込んで密封した。

- ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のポリプロピレン重合体を含む外層と、
ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のポリプロピレン重合体30〜70重量%、及び熱可塑性弾性重合体30〜70重量%を含む中間層と、
ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のポリプロピレン重合体50〜70重量%、ポリエチレン5〜20重量%、及び熱可塑性弾性重合体10〜45重量%を含む内層と、
を含むことを特徴とする輸液容器用多層フィルム。 - 前記ポリプロピレン共重合体は、エチレン、アルファオレフィン及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種のコモノマーとプロピレンとの共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム。
- 前記アルファオレフィンは、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、4−メチル−1−ペンテン、1−ヘプテン、1−オクテン、1−ノネン、1−デセン、1−ウンデセン、1−ドデセン、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム。
- 前記熱可塑性弾性重合体は、SBS(スチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体)及びSEBS(スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体)、SIS(スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン共重合体)、SBC(スチレン−ブタジエンブロック共重合体)、及びこれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選ばれる1種であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムの全体厚さに対して、外層が10〜20%、中間層が60〜80%、及び内層が10〜20%の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムは、外層の融点が140〜165℃であり、中間層の融点が130〜145℃であり、内層の融点が130〜145℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムは、輸液包装のための二重バッグの内側バッグ(inner bag)に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム。
- 輸液が貯蔵される多数のチャンバーを有する内側バッグと、
前記内側バッグを取り囲む外側バッグと、からなり、

- 前記脂質は、全体1000mlに対して、大豆油95〜210g、MCT油0〜105g、レシチン11.4〜12.6g、グリセロール20.9〜26.25g、アルファ−トコフェロール0〜0.08g、水酸化ナトリウム0.05〜0.10g、及びオレイン酸ナトリウム0〜0.32gを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の輸液容器。
- 輸液が貯蔵される多数のチャンバーを有する内側バッグと、
前記内側バッグを取り囲む外側バッグと、
前記多数のチャンバーを分離する隔膜と、
輸液を排出する排出口と、を含む輸液容器と、該輸液容器をつるすためのハンガーと、を含む輸液容器であって、
前記内側バッグが請求項1に記載の輸液容器用多層フィルム材質からなることを特徴とする輸液容器。
