Description
押出ヘッドを有する押出機と、
押出ヘッドの周りで係合して移動トンネル金型を形成し、該押出ヘッドの下流へ移動する、協働する対の駆動式金型ブロックと、
金型トンネル内にあると共に、解放機構を有する解放取り付け部(release mounting)によって押出ヘッドに解放可能に固定される冷却プラグとを備える。解放機構は、作動すると、冷却プラグが金型トンネル内にある間に該冷却プラグが押出ヘッドから分離することを可能にする。
Claims (10)
- パイプの製造のための成形システムであって、
押出ヘッドを有する押出機と、
前記押出ヘッドの周りで係合して移動トンネル金型を形成し、該押出ヘッドの下流へ移動する、協働する対の駆動式金型ブロックと、
前記金型トンネル内にあると共に、解放機構を有する解放取り付け部によって前記押出ヘッドに解放可能に固定される冷却プラグであって、前記解放機構は、作動すると、前記冷却プラグが前記金型トンネル内にある間に該冷却プラグが前記押出ヘッドから分離することを可能にする、冷却プラグと、
を備える、成形システム。 - 前記解放機構は、遠隔解放アクティベータによって作動する、請求項1に記載の成形システム。
- 前記遠隔解放アクティベータは手動スイッチである、請求項2に記載の成形システム。
- 前記遠隔解放アクティベータは、前記パイプ成形システムのコントローラによって制御される電気スイッチである、請求項2に記載の成形システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記パイプ成形システムの動作状態を監視する一連のセンサを含み、前記電気スイッチを作動させて前記冷却プラグを解放するために、該コントローラによって使用される所定の冷却プラグ解放状態に関して前記動作状態を監視する、請求項4に記載の成形システム。
- 前記解放取り付け部は、前記解放機構が作動すると、前記冷却プラグを前記押出ヘッドから強制的に分離させる分離部材を含む、請求項1に記載の成形システム。
- 前記コントローラは、操作者への所定の警告状態を満たす前記監視された状態に基づいて作動する操作者への警告アラームを含む、請求項5に記載の成形システム。
- 前記分離部材はばね部材である、請求項6に記載の成形システム。
- 前記解放機構は、該解放機構が作動すると前記冷却プラグを前記押出ヘッドから分離させる力を提供する、ばね付勢された分離構成を含む、請求項4に記載の成形システム。
- パイプ成形システムを制御する方法であって、該パイプ成形システムは、押出ヘッドを有する押出機と、移動金型トンネルを形成する、協働する対の駆動式金型ブロックと、前記移動金型トンネル内にあると共に、解放機構を有する解放取り付け部によって前記押出ヘッドに解放可能に固定される冷却プラグであって、前記解放機構の作動によって、前記冷却プラグが前記押出ヘッドから分離することを可能にする、冷却プラグとを有し、該方法は、前記パイプ成形システムの動作状態を監視すること、該監視された状態を、解放状態を決定するのに使用される所定の一組の状態と比較すること、及び決定される解放状態に基づいて、前記冷却プラグを前記押出ヘッドから分離することを可能にする前記解放機構を作動させることを含む、方法。
