Claims (9)
- 手術台に付属部品を接続する装置であって、
前記付属部品は接続部(12)を有するとともに、
前記手術台の構成部品は前記接続部(12)の少なくとも一部分を受け入れるための受入部分(14)を有し、
前記接続部(12,16)から突出する係合部(22,24)と、
前記受入部分(14)に設けられ、前記接続部(12,16)の少なくとも一部分を前記受入部分(14)に挿入する間に、前記係合部(22,24)と係合する案内路(18,20)と、
弾性変形する際に、前記係合部(22,24)に力を加える弾性変形部材(52)と、 前記接続部(12,16)に少なくとも部分的に形成された第一の接触部分(32,56)と、
前記受入部分(14)に少なくとも部分的に形成された第二の接触部分(34,54)と、を備え、
前記係合部(22,24)に加えられる力と前記案内路(18,20)の軌道とにより、前記付属部品(12)と前記手術台(14)とが接続される際に、前記接続部(12,16)に挿入方向(P2)の力(FA)が作用するとともに、
前記付属部品(12)と前記手術台(14)とが接続された際に、前記第一の接触部分(32,56)と前記第二の接触部分(34,54)とが少なくとも部分的に接触し、且つ、前記挿入方向の力(F A )が、前記第一の接触部分(32,56)及び、又は、前記第二の接触部分(34,54)及び、又は、前記手術台を押圧することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記接続部(12,16)はピン(16)で形成されるとともに、前記受入部分(14)は前記ピン(16)を挿入可能な筒状部材(14)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記筒状部材(14)に挿入される前記ピン(16)の端部(30)はテーパー状であって、円周面取り部を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記第一の接触部分(32)又は、前記第二の接触部分(34)は円錐台形状における円周表面の少なくとも一部分により形成され、その縦軸は前記挿入方向(P2)と平行に延びるとともに、前記付属部品と前記手術台とが接続された状態において、それぞれの接触部分は前記円錐台形状の円周表面の少なくとも一部分に補完的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記案内路(18,20)は、前記接続部(16)を前記受入部分(14)に挿入するにしたがい前記係合部(22,24)を回転軸が前記挿入方向(P2)と平行な第一の回転方向(P1)に回動させる第一の上昇部分(26,26a)を備え、前記弾性変形部材(52)は、前記係合部(22,24)の前記第一の回転方向(P1)への回動にしたがい弾性変形されるとともに、前記案内路(18,20)は、前記係合部(22,24)が前記第一の上昇部分(26,26a)を通過した後に前記係合部(22,24)を前記第一の回転方向(P1)と反対の第二の回転方向に回動させる第二の下降部分(28,28a)を備え、前記弾性変形部材(52)は、前記係合部(22,24)を介して前記受入部分(14)と前記案内路(18,20)とに力を加えるとともに、この力は前記挿入方向(P2)の軸方向の力(FA)と、前記案内路(18,20)の第二の下降部分(28,28a)による第二の回転方向の径方向の力(FR)とに分割され、前記接続部(12,16)は前記挿入方向(P2)に作用する前記力(FA)により前記受入部分(14)に保持され及び、又は、前記受入部分(14)に引き入れられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記案内路(18,20)は、前記接続部(12)を前記受入部分(14)に挿入する間に、少なくとも前記係合部(22,24)が前記案内路(18,20)内を案内される上昇部分(26,26a)を備え、
前記接続部(12,16)は、前記受入部分(14)への挿入にしたがい、回転軸が前記挿入方向(P2)と平行な第一の回転方向(P1)に回動可能であるとともに、
前記接続部(12)は、前記係合部(22,24)が前記案内路(18,20)に設けられ、前記係合部(22,24)を前記第一の回転方向(P1)と反対の第二の回転方向に回動させる第二の下降部分(28,28a)と接触した際に、前記付属部品とともに前記第二の回転方向に回動され、
前記接続部(12,16)の回動にしたがい、前記弾性変形部材(52)の弾性変形が行われるとともに、
前記付属部品及び、又は、前記接続部(12,16)は、回動した後に少なくとも前記第一の回転方向(P1)と反対の前記第二の回転方向に回動不可能となり、前記弾性変形部材(52)が前記案内路(18,20)に力を加えて前記接続部(12,16)に前記挿入方向(P2)の力(FA)を作用させるようにロック可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の装置。 - 前記係合部(22,24)に、回転方向が同じになるように接続されたレバー(36)を備え、前記接続部(12,16)と前記受入部分(14)との接続を解放するために、前記係合部(22,24)は、前記レバー(36)の作動にしたがい前記接続部(12,16)が前記受入部分(14)から前記挿入方向(P2)と反対に移動されるように、前記レバー(36)とともに回転軸が前記挿入方向(P2)と平行な第一の回転方向(P1)に回動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記手術台は、支柱と、前記支柱の上に取り付けられ支持面を有する調節可能なテーブルプレートと、前記テーブルプレートを旋回するデバイスとを備え、
前記受入部分(14)は、前記テーブルプレートもしくは、前記テーブルプレートに接続される要素に形成されるとともに、前記付属部品は、頭部プレート、頭部クランプ、脚部プレート、伸長結合体及び、又は、背面プレートを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の装置。 - 手術台に付属部品を接続する方法であって、
前記付属部品の接続部(12,16)を、前記手術台における構成部品の受入部分(14)に挿入するとともに、前記付属部品を前記手術台に接続するために前記受入部分(14)に前記接続部(12,16)の少なくとも一部分を受け入れさせ、
前記接続部(12,16)の少なくとも一部分を前記受入部分(14)に挿入させる間に、係合部(22,24)を前記接続部から突出させて前記受入部分(14)の案内路(18,20)と係合させるとともに、
弾性変形部材(52)を弾性変形させて、前記係合部(22,24)に弾性変形による力を加えさせ、
前記係合部(22,24)に加えさせた力と前記案内路(18,20)の軌道とにより、前記付属部品と前記手術台とを接続される際に、前記接続部(12,16)に挿入方向(P2)の力(FA)を作用させ、
前記付属部品と前記手術台とが接続した際に、前記接続部(12,16)に少なくとも部分的に形成された第一の接触部分(32,56)と前記受入部分(14)に少なくとも部分的に形成された第二の接触部分(34,54)とを少なくとも部分的に接触させ、且つ、前記挿入方向の力(F A )で、前記第一の接触部分(32,56)及び、又は、前記第二の接触部分(34,54)及び、又は、前記手術台を押圧することを特徴とする方法。
