Claims (8)
- 軸受外輪(2)と軸受内輪(3)とそれらの間において、軸受軌道上を転がる転動体を有するブレーキ装置付き転がり軸受(1)であって、ブレーキ効果を摩擦係合により発生させるために、前記軸受輪(2,3)の一つに連結された変位可能なブレーキ要素が前記軸受輪(2,3)の他の一つに連結された対向面に押し付けられ、該摩擦係合が電磁石により解消されるブレーキ装置付き転がり軸受において、ブレーキ要素(8)が前記軸受輪(3,2)の一つ内に一体構成として配置され、スプリングの力により対向する面に押し付けられ、該電磁石は、軟鉄芯とその回りのコイル(8.5)として、前記軸受輪(3,2)の一つを有していることを特徴とするブレーキ装置付き転がり軸受(1)であって、
前記対向面は外側軸受輪(2)に連結された圧力板(8.7)であり、
圧力板(8.7)は環状であり、内側軸受輪(3)と強磁性の接極板(8.1)との間の空隙(8.6)を調節するように、ネジ(8.7.1)を介して外側軸受輪(2)の対応するネジ(2.2)により受けられており、圧力板(8.7)の直径は外側軸受輪(2)の直径よりも小さく、
内側軸受輪(3)は、予荷重を調節するために、二部分から成り、内側軸受輪(3)は、内側軸受輪が軸方向に変位可能な調節ナット(3.1)に連結され、調節ナット(3.1)が、内側軸受輪(3)のネジ(3.1.1)を介して、ネジ(3.1.1)に対応するネジ(3.2)に受けられている転がり軸受(1)。 - ブレーキ要素(8)が強磁性の接極板(8.1)を有し、該強磁性の接極板(8.1)は、ブレーキライニング(8.2)に連結されており、軸受輪(3)内に保持され、周方向に間隔を開けた複数の位置決めピン(8.3)により軸方向に変位可能であり、周方向に間隔を開けた複数のスプリング要素(8.4)により予荷重が与えられており、さらに、ブレーキ要素(8)が、軸受輪(3,2)内に配列されたコイル(8.5)と、該コイルに電流が流れない時に該接極板(8.1)と軸受輪(3)との間に形成された空隙(8.6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受(1)。
- 転動体は、二つの対向するアンギュラコンタクト型ニードルロラー軸受(5,6)のニードルロラー(5.1,6.1)から形成され、転動体の回転軸線の延長線の交点(7)が軸受内輪(3)内叉は軸受外輪(2)内に存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受(1)。
- アキシャル型アンギュラコンタクトニードルロラー軸受(5,6)が内側軸受輪(3)と外側軸受輪(2)との間に配列されており、軸受軌道を担持するランナ(5.4,6.4)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の転がり軸受(1)。
- 前記ランナ(5.4,6.4)は、硬化処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の転がり軸受(1)。
- ランナ(5.4,6.4)と軸受輪(2,3)の一つが異なる材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の転がり軸受(1)。
- コイルの無い軸受輪(2,3)が軽合金叉はプラスチックから製造されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の転がり軸受(1)。
- 医療機器用の天井スタンドとして使用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一つに記載の転がり軸受(1)。
