Description
(2) リチウムイオンバッテリなどは、その能力を維持することができる上限温度が存在しており、この上限温度を超えないように冷却する必要がある。このため、隣接するバッテリ間に隙間を形成して、その隙間に冷却風を流す構造とする必要がある。
(3) そして、更には前記隙間を流れる冷却風の一部がバッテリの電極側に流れて当該電極に当たるのを防止することも必要である。これは冷却風が塵や水分を含んでいる場合、当該冷却風が電極に当たることにより、塵や水分が電極に付着してバッテリの性能が劣化する虞があるためである。
(4) また、バッテリパックをハイブリッド型フォークリフトや電気式フォークリフトなどに搭載する場合、その振動に耐えることができる耐振性も要求される。
反電極側の端部が前記シートの各バッテリ位置決め孔にそれぞれ嵌め込まれることにより、隣接するバッテリ間に隙間が形成されるように収納された複数のバッテリと、
前記バッテリの電極が挿通された電極孔を備え、前記バッテリの電極側端部に被せられて、前記電極側の空間と前記隙間側の空間とを仕切るキャップと、
前記電極側の空間にて前記バッテリ間の電極を接続した導電体と、
前記電極側の空間を外部から遮蔽する遮蔽部と、
を有し、
前記キャップは、各バッテリごとに個別に設けられ、且つ、凸部が形成され、この凸部が各バッテリの正負の電極の間に位置しており
前記キャップが、各バッテリの電極側端部にそれぞれに被せられて、各バッテリの電極が前記キャップの電極孔にそれぞれ挿通されており、且つ、隣接する前記キャップ同士が密接していて、前記電極側の空間と前記隙間側の空間とを仕切る構成であり、
前記シートは電気的絶縁性シートであり、前記キャップは電気的絶縁性キャップであり、
前記電気的絶縁性シートと前記電気的絶縁性キャップは、ゴム製のものであることを特徴とする。
また、第2発明のバッテリパック構造は、第1発明のバッテリパック構造において、
前記キャップは、前記バッテリの電極側端部を嵌合させるための凹部と、2つの電極孔が形成されており、各バッテリの電極側端部にそれぞれ前記凹部が嵌合されて被せられ、各バッテリの正負の電極が前記キャップの2つの電極孔にそれぞれ挿通されていることを特徴とする。
図1〜図10は本発明の実施の形態例1に係るバッテリパックの製作手順を示す図、図11は前記バッテリパックの分解斜視図である。なお、図4(a)はキャップの斜視図、図4(b)は図4(a)のA−A線矢視断面図である。また、図7及び図8では筐体の図示を省略している。
図12〜図20は本発明の実施の形態例2に係るバッテリパックの製作手順を示す図である。なお、図13(a)はキャップの斜視図、図13(b)は図13(a)のB−B線矢視断面図である。

Claims (2)
- 複数のバッテリ位置決め孔が一定の間隔で形成されているシートと、
反電極側の端部が前記シートの各バッテリ位置決め孔にそれぞれ嵌め込まれることにより、隣接するバッテリ間に隙間が形成されるように収納された複数のバッテリと、
前記バッテリの電極が挿通された電極孔を備え、前記バッテリの電極側端部に被せられて、前記電極側の空間と前記隙間側の空間とを仕切るキャップと、
前記電極側の空間にて前記バッテリ間の電極を接続した導電体と、
前記電極側の空間を外部から遮蔽する遮蔽部と、
を有し、
前記キャップは、各バッテリごとに個別に設けられ、且つ、凸部が形成され、この凸部が各バッテリの正負の電極の間に位置しており
前記キャップが、各バッテリの電極側端部にそれぞれに被せられて、各バッテリの電極が前記キャップの電極孔にそれぞれ挿通されており、且つ、隣接する前記キャップ同士が密接していて、前記電極側の空間と前記隙間側の空間とを仕切る構成であり、
前記シートは電気的絶縁性シートであり、前記キャップは電気的絶縁性キャップであり、
前記電気的絶縁性シートと前記電気的絶縁性キャップは、ゴム製のものであることを特徴とするバッテリパック構造。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリパック構造において、
前記キャップは、前記バッテリの電極側端部を嵌合させるための凹部と、2つの電極孔が形成されており、各バッテリの電極側端部にそれぞれ前記凹部が嵌合されて被せられて、各バッテリの正負の電極が前記キャップの2つの電極孔にそれぞれ挿通されていることを特徴とするバッテリパック構造。
