Claims (6)
- 汚泥を乾燥する乾燥工程と、この乾燥させた汚泥を炭化処理して熱分解ガス及び燃料となる炭化物を生成させる炭化工程と、汚泥を焼却して汚泥焼却排ガスを発生させる汚泥焼却工程とを含んでなり、前記汚泥焼却排ガスと前記熱分解ガスの燃焼排ガスとを前記炭化処理の熱源として用い、この炭化処理の熱源として用いた排ガスを前記乾燥の熱源として汚泥と直接接触させて用いる汚泥の石炭火力発電用燃料化方法。
- 前記炭化工程で得られる炭化物の一部を、前記汚泥焼却工程で汚泥とともに焼却する請求項1に記載の汚泥の燃料化方法。
- 前記乾燥させた汚泥の一部を前記炭化工程で炭化するとともに、乾燥させた汚泥の残部を前記汚泥焼却工程で焼却する請求項1又は2に記載の汚泥の燃料化方法。
- 汚泥を乾燥する乾燥炉と、この乾燥炉で乾燥させた汚泥を炭化処理して熱分解ガス及び燃料となる炭化物を生成させる炭化炉と、汚泥を焼却する汚泥焼却炉と、該汚泥焼却炉で発生した汚泥焼却排ガスと前記熱分解ガスの燃焼排ガスとを熱源として前記炭化炉の外熱部に供給するラインと、前記炭化炉の外熱部から排出された排ガスを汚泥と直接接触させるために前記乾燥炉内に導入するラインとを備える汚泥の石炭火力発電用燃料化装置。
- 前記炭化炉から前記炭化物の一部を燃料として前記汚泥焼却炉に供給するラインを更に備える請求項4に記載の汚泥の燃料化装置。
- 前記乾燥炉から乾燥させた汚泥の一部を前記炭化炉に供給するラインと、該乾燥炉から乾燥させた汚泥の残部を前記汚泥焼却炉に供給するラインとを更に備える請求項4又は5に記載の汚泥の燃料化装置。
