なお、組成式(II)において、1−sはLa(ランタン)の原子比を示し、sはSr(ストロンチウム)の原子比を示し、1−tはGa(ガリウム)の原子比を示し、tはMg(マグネシウム)の原子比を示し、uはO(酸素)の原子比を示す。また、組成式(II)において、sは0≦s≦0.2を満たす実数を示し、tは0.05≦t≦0.25を満たす実数を示し、uは2.7≦u≦3を満たす実数を示す。
Claims (6)
- 水素分子を解離する金属と、水素イオンおよび酸化物イオンを伝導するイオン伝導体と、を含み、イオン伝導体の水素イオン輸率が0.5以上0.75以下である、固体酸化物形燃料電池用燃料極。
- イオン伝導体は下記の組成式(I)で表わされ、
BaCe1-xSmxO3-(x/2) …(I)
組成式(I)において、xは0<x≦0.2を満たす実数を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用燃料極。 - 水素分子を解離する金属は、白金、コバルトおよびニッケルからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用燃料極。
- 酸化物イオンを伝導する電解質上に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用燃料極。
- 電解質は下記の組成式(II)で表わされ、
La1-sSrsGa1-tMgtOu …(II)
組成式(II)において、sは0≦s≦0.2を満たす実数を示し、tは0.05≦t≦0.25を満たす実数を示し、uは2.7≦u≦3を満たす実数を示すことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用燃料極。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用燃料極を含む、固体酸化物形燃料電池。
