本発明は、流体ポンプのインペラ、特に、拡張可能なインペラに関する。
Claims (32)
- 流体の相対的な移動を誘起する装置であって、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、ハブと、前記ハブに支持された近位端と遠位端とを有するブレードと、を備え、
前記インペラは、前記ブレードが前記ハブから離れて延在する展開形態と、前記インペラが半径方向に圧縮され前記ブレードの前記遠位端が前記ハブ側に移動した格納形態とを有し、
前記インペラは、前記格納形態から前記展開形態に自己拡張可能であり、前記インペラの自己拡張が、前記格納形態にある前記インペラに貯えられた歪エネルギーによってなされる、装置。 - 拡張可能なスリーブをさらに有し、前記スリーブは、前記拡張形態にある時、実質的に一様な直径を有する円筒形状をなしている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インペラは、流体内の壊れ易い粒子の破壊を最小限に抑えるように設計されている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記インペラが、前記ブレードを複数備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のブレードは、1または複数のブレード列に配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、前記インペラが前記格納状態において配置される非拡張部分と、前記インペラが前記展開形態において配置される拡張可能部分とを有する、請求項2〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記インペラは、前記スリーブに対して軸方向に相対移動されることなく展開形態に移行できるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能なスリーブは、金属またはポリマーのメッシュから構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記メッシュは、金属円筒から形成されている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記メッシュは、六角形のセルマトリックスから形成されている、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記メッシュに弾性被膜が施されている、請求項8〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性被膜がポリウレタンからなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能なスリーブは、生体適合性を有する被膜が施されている、請求項2〜12の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能なスリーブは、流れを改良する被膜が施されている、請求項2〜13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、展開形態において、長さが20〜30cmでありかつ直径が6〜7mmである、請求項2〜14の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、その遠位端に、流体を流入させるための開口を備えている、請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、流体の吐出とガイドワイヤの導入のための開口を備えている、請求項2〜16の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、流体を吐出するために、中心軸の周りに配置されたベーンを含む区域を有する、請求項2〜17の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ベーンは、吐出流から渦巻き速度成分を取除くように配置されている、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記インペラが、単一のインペラ体で構成され、前記インペラ体が前記ハブと前記ブレードとを備えている、請求項1〜19の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1端と第2端とを有する可撓性シャフトをさらに備え、前記可撓性シャフトの前記第1端は、前記インペラに機械的に連結されており、前記インペラが、前記可撓性シャフの前記第2端に作用するトルクによって回転するように構成されている、請求項1〜20の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が液体用軸流ポンプである、請求項1〜21の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 生体液用の軸流ポンプである、請求項1〜22の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のブレードは、前記ハブの軸方向に離間された複数のブレード列に配置され、かつ、前記各ブレード列が1つまたは前記ハブ周りに複数のブレードを備えている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ブレードがポリマーで構成され、前記ポリマーが、運転負荷時において前記展開形態を変形させる第1の弾性率と、前記ブレードを前記格納形態に変形させる第2の弾性率とを有し、前記第1の弾性率が、前記第2の弾性率よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インペラの少なくとも一部が前記スリーブ内に配置され、前記インペラが回転するときに、前記流体が前記スリーブ内を流れるように構成され、かつ、
前記スリーブは、前記インペラが展開形態にある状態で拡張形態となるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 流体の相対的な移動を誘起する装置であって、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、ハブと、前記ハブに取り付けられた近位端を有するブレードと、を備え、
前記インペラは、前記ブレードの前記近位端に隣接して凹みを有し、前記凹みは、前記ブレードの前記近位端の少なくとも一部に沿って細長く延在している、装置。 - インペラポンプであって、ハブと、前記ハブによって支持され、前記ハブに取り付けられた近位端と遠位端とを有するブレードと、を備え、
前記ブレードは、前記インペラの停止時における展開形態と、前記インペラの停止時における格納形態と、運転形態と、を有し、前記展開形態にある前記ブレードは前記ハブから離れて延在し、前記格納形態にある前記ブレードは前記ブレードの前記遠位端が前記ハブ側に移動するように半径方向に圧縮されており、前記運転形態にある前記ブレードは前記インペラの回転による前記展開形態からの変形によって達成される、インペラポンプ。 - 流体の相対的な移動を誘起する装置であって、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、ハブと、前記ハブによって支持されブレードとを一体に備える本体を有し、前記ブレードは前記ハブに取り付けられた近位端と遠位端とを有し、
前記インペラは、前記ブレードが前記ハブから離れて延在する展開形態と、前記インペラが半径方向に圧縮され前記ブレードの前記遠位端が前記ハブ側に移動した格納形態とを有する、装置。 - 流体の相対的な移動を誘起する装置であって、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、ハブと、前記ハブによって支持され前記ハブの少なくとも一部に巻き付けられた近位端と遠位端とを有する可撓性ブレードと、を備え、
前記インペラは、前記ブレードが前記ハブから離れて延在する展開形態と、前記ブレードが前記ハブに折り畳まれた格納形態とを有する、装置。 - 流体の相対的な移動を誘起する装置であって、インペラを有し、前記インペラは、軸方向に延在するハブと、前記ハブに取り付けられた近位端と遠位端を有するブレードと、を備え、
前記インペラは展開形態と格納形態とを有し、前記展開形態にある前記ブレードは前記ハブから離れて延在し、前記格納形態にある前記ブレードは前記ブレードの前記遠位端が前記ハブ側に移動するように圧縮されており、
前記展開形態にある前記ブレードは、少なくとも毎分1リットルの流体を送出するような医療支援装置として動作可能である、装置。 - 前記展開形態にある前記ブレードは、毎分4リットルまでの流体を送出するように動作可能である、請求項31に記載の装置。
