Claims (8)
- 上側のガイド(15)と下側のガイド(16)において半径方向遊びをもって電極(9)をガイドし且つ下側のガイドから所定の長さ(Z寸法)だけ電極(9)を突出させて自由端部(10)を設け、
前記自由端部(10)で工作物に複数の噴射通路(3,4)を加工成形するとき、電流が通流する前記電極(9)に磁界(B)を作用させて前記電極(9)を長手方向に対し垂直方向に変位させる内燃機関用噴射ノズルの製造方法であって、
前記自由端部(10)の前記垂直方向の変位に違いを持たせることで、互いに形状が異なる複数の噴射通路(3,4)を設ける、内燃機関用噴射ノズルの製造方法。 - ガイド(15,16)間の間隔、下側のガイドから突出する電極(9)の長さ(Z寸法)、下側のガイド(16)と工作物との間の間隔、磁界の向き、磁界の強さ、磁界の静的配置および回動配置から成る複数のパラメータの内の少なくとも1つ、又は前記複数のパラメータの内の少なくとも1つのパラメータの時間的な変化を違えて選択することで前記自由端部(10)の前記垂直方向の変位に違いを持たせる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工作物(1)を加工開始前に位置固定し、前記複数の噴射通路(3,4)を、工作物の同じ固定位置で設ける、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記電極(9)を所定の回転軸線を中心として平面的に回転させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記磁界(B)を回転若しくは位置調整するためにステップモータを使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記電極(9)に、時間的に変化する電流を流す、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを、前記電極(9)の自由端部(10)の送り位置に関連して変える、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記複数の噴射通路(3,4)を同一の前記電極(9)を用いて工作物に設ける、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
