Claims (3)
- 冷媒ガスが通過する内部通路に、前記冷媒ガスとの間で熱交換を行い30K以下で使用される蓄冷材を収容した蓄冷器であって、
前記蓄冷材は、Sn、Snに対するBiの含有比率が50%以下であるBi−Sn合金、及び、Snに対するAgの含有比率が50%以下であるAg−Sn合金のいずれかである
ことを特徴とする蓄冷器。 - 前記蓄冷材は球状に形成され、複数の前記球状の蓄冷材が前記内部通路に充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄冷器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の蓄冷器を備えたクライオポンプ。
