Description
第1工程として浸透性吸水防止材を塗付した後、
第2工程として、テトラアルコキシシラン化合物を0.1〜50重量%含有し、樹脂成分の含有比率が20重量%未満である表面処理液を塗付することを特徴とする塗装方法。
2.前記第1工程における浸透性吸水防止材は、アルキル基の炭素数が1〜18であるアルキルアルコキシシラン化合物を0.1〜50重量%含有するものであることを特徴とする1.記載の塗装方法。

セメントモルタルからなる試験基材に対し、浸透性吸水防止材A(ヘキシルトリメトキシシランと脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率3:97)を所要量120g/m2で全面にスプレー塗装した後、標準状態(気温23℃・相対湿度50%)にて3時間乾燥させた。次いで、表面処理液A(テトラメトキシシラン縮合物(平均縮合度4)と脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率2:98)を所要量50g/m2でスプレー塗装し、標準状態で24時間乾燥させた。
その結果、実施例1では優れた撥水性を示し、試験前後での色変化も認められなかった。
浸透性吸水防止材として浸透性吸水防止材B(ヘキシルトリメトキシシランと脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率8:92)、表面処理液として表面処理液B(テトラメトキシシラン縮合物(平均縮合度8)と脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率2:98)を使用して、実施例1と同様の方法で試験板を作製し、試験を行った。その結果、実施例2では優れた撥水性を示し、試験前後での色変化も認められなかった。
浸透性吸水防止材として浸透性吸水防止材C(ヘキシルトリメトキシシランと脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率12:88)、表面処理液として表面処理液C(テトラメトキシシラン縮合物(平均縮合度4)と脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率4:96)を使用して、実施例1と同様の方法で試験板を作製し、試験を行った。その結果、実施例3では優れた撥水性を示し、試験前後での色変化も認められなかった。
実施例1と同様の試験基材に対し、浸透性吸水防止材A(ヘキシルトリメトキシシランと脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率3:97)を所要量120g/m2で全面にスプレー塗装した後、標準状態にて3時間乾燥させた。次いで、再度、浸透性吸水防止材Aを所要量120g/m2で全面にスプレー塗装した後、標準状態で24時間乾燥させた。
以上の方法で得られた試験板につき、実施例1と同様の試験を行ったところ、実施例に比べ撥水性が低くなり、試験後に濡れ色が生じた。
実施例1と同様の試験基材に対し、表面処理液A(テトラメトキシシラン縮合物(平均縮合度4)と脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤の混合物、重量比率2:98)を所要量50g/m2で全面にスプレー塗装し、標準状態にて3時間乾燥させた。次いで、再度、表面処理液Aを所要量50g/m2で全面にスプレー塗装した後、標準状態で24時間乾燥させた。
以上の方法で得られた試験板につき、実施例1と同様の試験を行ったところ、実施例に比べ撥水性が低くなり、試験後に濡れ色が生じた。
Claims (2)
- 多孔性無機質材料の表面に対し、
第1工程として浸透性吸水防止材を塗付した後、
第2工程として、テトラアルコキシシラン化合物を0.1〜50重量%含有し、樹脂成分の含有比率が20重量%未満である表面処理液を塗付することを特徴とする塗装方法。 - 前記第1工程における浸透性吸水防止材は、アルキル基の炭素数が1〜18であるアルキルアルコキシシラン化合物を0.1〜50重量%含有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗装方法。
