Description
しかし、ホールICを用いた方式では、モータコイルとマグネットの間にホールIC及びそれを実装し信号を取り出すための基板及びコネクタが必要になるし、ケーブルも必要になる。また、基板をコイルとマグネットの間に実装するためモータコイルとマグネットとのギャップもある程度必要となり、モータとしての効率が落ちる。当然、各電気部品の故障も考慮する必要がある。
Claims (4)
- 回転フレームと、
前記回転フレームを回転自在に支持する機構と、
前記回転フレームに搭載されたX線管と、
前記回転フレームに搭載されたX線検出器と、
前記回転フレームに配列された複数のロータマグネットと、
前記ロータマグネットに対向する複数のステータコイルと、
前記ロータマグネットの移動に伴う磁束変動を検出するセンサと、
前記ステータコイルの短時間励起による前記回転フレームの励振後から前記回転フレームの振動停止までの収束時間又は前記収束時間に対応する値に基づいて前記ステータコイルに対する前記ロータマグネットの磁極位置又は前記磁極位置に対応する値を特定する位置特定部とを具備することを特徴とするX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記収束時間又は前記収束時間に対応する値と前記磁極位置又は前記磁極位置に対応する値との複数の対応を記憶する記憶部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記位置特定部は、前記収束時間が所定時間を超過しているか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記収束時間が所定時間を超過していると判定されたとき、前記ステータコイルを励起するための電流の振幅と継続時間との少なくとも一方を変更する制御部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
