Claims (11)
- 油より密度が高くかつペンタン不溶性の汚染粒子同士を結合させる分離補助剤によって、遠心分離機内で前記油から前記ペンタン不溶性の汚染粒子を浄化する方法であって、前記遠心分離機が、回転軸(R)周りに回転させられるロータ本体(1)を有しており、浄化されるべき前記油が、前記ロータ本体(1)によって区画された分離室(7)の中へ入口(17)を介して導かれ、分離された前記汚染粒子が、第1の出口(25)を介して排出され、前記汚染粒子を浄化された前記油が、第2の出口(22)を介して排出され、前記油が、ある量の分離補助剤と混合され、前記分離室(7)に供給され、そして前記汚染物質粒子が前記分離補助剤に結合されることによって該分離室内で浄化され、前記分離補助剤が、前記ロータ本体(1)の回転によって前記ロータ本体(1)の周囲まで押出され、前記分離補助剤および前記分離補助剤に結合された前記汚染粒子が、前記第1の出口(25)を介して前記分離室(7)から少量流出され、浄化された前記油が、前記第2の出口(22)を介して前記分離室(7)から流出され、前記第2の出口(22)を介して流れる前記油が、前記第2の出口(22)を介して流れる前に、積層された円錐台形分離円盤(28)同士の間に形成された隙間(34)を通って流れる方法において、
前記分離補助剤と前記分離補助剤に結合された前記汚染粒子とは、少なくとも1つの搬送スレッド(16)によって前記ロータ本体(1)の内側に沿って送られ、前記第1の出口(25)の方へ流れ前記第1の出口(25)を通って排出されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記分離補助剤と前記分離補助剤に結合された前記汚染粒子とからなるスラッジ相は、前記少なくとも1つの搬送スレッド(16)によって、前記第1の出口(25)の方へ送られ前記第1の出口(25)を通って排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高い密度を有する前記油の部分は、前記遠心分離機内において、前記第1の出口(25)と前記第2の出口(22)との間で前記回転軸(R)からある半径方向距離の所に配置された第3の出口(30)を介して排出され、前記高い密度を有する油は、前記油から分離されているが沈殿してスラッジ相を形成するまでに至っていない前記汚染粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記油は潤滑油を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記油は、ディーゼル機関において潤滑油として使用されており、かつ前記油中に分散された固体粒子によって汚染されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離補助剤は、水溶性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離補助剤は、親水性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離補助剤は、脂肪酸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離補助剤は、複数の前記分離補助剤の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項6から8に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーはポリヒドロキシ系のアルコキシレートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記油は、一端の所で吊下げられて支持された前記ロータ本体の中心に送り込まれることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
