Description
調製飲料を計量供給する流出ノズルと、
少なくとも部分的に飲料を調製する調製チャンバと、
調製チャンバに水を供給するために調製チャンバ内で終わっている供給ラインと、
飲料材料を調製チャンバに送出するための材料計量供給システムと、
前記調製チャンバから前記流出ノズルまで延びる流出経路と、
を備え、
流出ノズルおよび/または調製チャンバおよび/または流出経路および/または材料計量供給システム、少なくともそれらの一部、および/または供給ラインは、(a)ASTM D 570に従って規定されているように、相対湿度50%および温度23℃において、1%未満の吸湿性を持つ自滑性の疎水性ポリマーまたはコポリマーと、(b)フッ素化エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、から成るポリマー混合物から完全にまたは部分的に作られる。
本発明は、図面に示されている典型的な実施形態を参照して、以下でより詳しく説明される。
Claims (15)
- 飲料材料によって水性飲料を調製する調製装置であって、
前記調製装置は、
(i) 調製された飲料を計量供給するための流出ノズルと、
(ii) 少なくとも部分的に前記飲料を調製する調製チャンバと、
(iii)前記調製チャンバに水を供給するために前記調製チャンバ内で終わっている供給ラインと、
(iv) 前記飲料材料を前記調製チャンバに送出するための材料計量供給システムと、
(v) 前記調製チャンバから前記流出ノズルまで延びる流出経路と、
を備え、
前記流出ノズルおよび/または前記調製チャンバおよび/または前記流出経路は、(a)ASTM D 570に従って規定されているように、相対湿度50%および温度23℃において、1%未満の吸湿性を持つ自滑性の疎水性ポリマーまたはコポリマーと、(b)フッ素化エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、から成るポリマー混合物から完全にまたは部分的に作られる、調製装置。 - 前記調製チャンバは、混合チャンバであって、前記調製装置は、前記混合チャンバ内に設けられているロータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の調製装置。
- 前記ロータは、(a)ASTM D 570に従って規定されているように、相対湿度50%および温度23℃において、1%未満の吸湿性を持つ自滑性の疎水性ポリマーまたはコポリマーと、(b)フッ素化エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、から成るポリマー混合物から完全にまたは部分的に作られる、請求項2に記載の調製装置。
- 前記自滑性の疎水性ポリマーはポリアセタールである、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の調製装置。
- 前記ポリアセタールは、ポリオキシメチレンである、請求項4に記載の調製装置。
- 前記フッ素化エチレンは、化学式CXY=CXYを有し、XおよびYは、水素、フッ素および塩素から成るグループから単独で選択される、請求項1ないし5の
いずれか一項に記載の調製装置。 - 前記フッ素化エチレンの前記ホモポリマーまたは前記コポリマーは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の調製装置。
- 前記ポリマー混合物は、前記ポリマー混合物の総重量を基にして、重量1〜99%の前記自滑性の疎水性ポリマーおよび重量1〜99%の前記フッ素化エチレンの前記ホモポリマーまたは前記コポリマーから成る、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の調製装置。
- 前記ポリマー混合物は、前記ポリマー混合物の総重量を基にして、重量70〜95%の前記自滑性の疎水性ポリマーおよび重量5〜30%の前記フッ素化エチレンの前記ホモポリマーまたは前記コポリマーから成る、請求項8に記載の調製装置。
- 前記流出ノズルおよび/または前記調製チャンバおよび/または前記流出経路は、前記ポリマー混合物でコーティングされている、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の調製装置。
- 水性混合物または水溶液は、インスタント材料を含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の調製装置。
- 前記インスタント材料は、インスタント粉末またはインスタント液体である、請求項11に記載の調製装置。
- 水性飲料を調製する調製装置の一部に対して、湿気および粉末材料が付着するのを防ぐために、(a)ASTM D 570に従って規定されているように、相対湿度50%および温度23℃において、1%未満の吸湿性を持つ自滑性の疎水性ポリマーまたはコポリマーと、(b)フッ素化エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、を備えるポリマー混合物の使用方法。
- 前記一部は、前記調製装置の使用中に、水性混合物または水溶液が貫流する部分である、請求項13に記載の使用方法。
- 前記ポリマー混合物は、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の前記飲料調製装置にある、貯蔵容器7及び/または前記抽出フード10及び/または前記出口33及び/または前記出口33と直線部分36との間のダクト及び/または前記調製チャンバに用いられる、請求項13または請求項14に記載の使用方法。
